Hello,
Needing some advice because I have received query form BUPA on behalf of DIBP wherein at present my kid medical is been deferred and asked for re-examination.
They are twins and currently 4 years old and during medical, they are unable to speak. Currently, they are doing speech therapy.
If you can please advise what type of report should we ask from our developmental pedia and what's the best way to approach it?
Since our visa is now lodged and Philippines is now on quarantine, does that mean that we have to wait until we produce the documents needed before the visa for us will be decided?
My husband and I are finished with the medical and all are good and we have submitted too all the documents required.
We are too worry and we are not sure if we do need to get an agent this time to help us out. Please advise.
Here's the script from the email.

Hello Ma'am,
I'm not really knowledgeable I just wanna share what I know based on our experience (with my family).
You will be needing a Pedia (I think Neuropedia or look for specialist doctor for the case of your children. Then show or bring your Form 124. Your visa will be decided after all of you were cleared on the medicals.
As for our experience, my wife need additional exams, in her case, the Doctor suggested to have an operation, then after the operation, the Dr. Provide the medical health certificate. Then, we submitted (to the panel clinic) her certificate, then after 12 working days, our visa was granted. We completed her needed certificate around 4 weeks.
I suggest also to go back to your panel clinic, they will instruct you on what to do. Better to call them
Hope you will get your visa sooner.
Cheers!
