I'm a single male IT professional
subletting the master bedroom of a modern 2-bedroom unit
for either single or couple for $320 per week.

The master bedroom has built-in wardrobe and ensuite (own toilet)
It is furnished with a queen bed and mattress, couple of bedside tables,
computer table, tallboy and electric fan.

The unit has a modern kitchen, carpet, security door and internal laundry.
Ideally located on the middle level, and so is cooler during summer;
and located inside the complex, away from the busy main road.
Shared appliances include washing machine, fridge, desktop computer,
wifi and 46" lcd flat screen TV.

Short walk to Ashfield train station and Ashfield Mall.
Bills for gas, electricity and internet/phone to be split between us.
Water and hot water free.

Flatmates must be non-smokers and neat. Sorry, no pets.
Available from 28 January 2013.
Usual 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance.
6 months contract
