  I assume na yung sinasabi mong work permit is 457 visa? You can apply anytime as long as na meet mo ang requirements. You can either go for GSM (189, 190) or ENS (186). Check SkillSelect immi website for more information.
  
  I am on a 457 working visa as well, then I applied for 186 since my company agreed to sponsor me. :-)

  Ask ko lang, posible ba na magprocess ka pa rin ng PR sa Australia kahit on Work permit ka lang? May restrictions ba like dapat 1 year ka muna work permit bago ka magapply ng PR? Then pwde mo ba isama family mo kung magapply ka under work permit? Thanks

  Search mo kung regional ang place mo baka puede kana mag apply ng PR after a year. from 457 to PR visa sponsor by your employer. Puede isama ang family mo kahit 457 ka pero dipende sa kakayahan mo na suportahan sila like mag rent ng house 2 or 3 bedrooms. Puede naman mag trabaho ang misis mo. Pero the best is mag PR ka para may medicare ka rin at baka eligible ka pa to receive allowance from centrelink.

  Hello mga sir at madam. Wala pa ako sa Au pero may visa na ako 475 naman. Visa 475 is temporary visa lang, pede rin ba ako mag apply ng 190 visa para ma PR na agad. I think aabot naman ng 60 ang points ko para sa EOI.

  May tanong lang po ako sa 457....yung 457 to PR transition, kelangan po ba same employer to? Or puwedeng 457 ka sa isang employer pero lilipat ka sa isa pa kasi ooffer sila ng PR?

  @LokiJr, there are two stream transition for ENS 186 (457 to PR). Direct Entry Stream at Temporary Residence transition stream. If you are referring to Temporary Residence Stream, you need to be employed by the same employer for 2 years straight. If wala ka pang 2 years employed sa current employer then you don't qualify for Temporary Residence Transition stream but you can still apply for Direct Entry Stream.
  
  Ang kaibahan lang ng dalawa mas konti ang requiremetn ng Temporary Residence transition since you don't need to proved skills assessment at english exam. :-)

  hi loki kung lilipat ka ng employer na sila ang mag sponsor sayo for PR kailangan naka one year ka muna sa kanila na 457 visa bago ka sponsoran ng PR at dapat 2 years kana 457 visa sa dati mong employer. nabasa ko sa diagram sa kaparehas na forum na ito about 457 visa. cheers

  you can go and work sa AU na agad.. then apply for PR visa na agad kung kaya..
