Almost done with the requirements po. Yung confidence nalang yung wala ksi torn parin sa occupation list ng ICT Support at Computer Network and Systems Engineer. 🥹

In my case I already prepared my list of responsibilities with my manager's approval then submitted it to HR for signature. Kasi alam ko kung sila gagawa ng duties general ang gagawin nila. I made it very specific with some of network technologies and equipment I handled. You can refer to the ANZSCO for the description as a guide but DO NOT copy it directly.

hello, question po what would you do in my case..

im a senior software tester. but my payslip and working visa(ofw) states as team lead. My job scope is also senior tester.

For ACS, there's no team lead occupation code. will I be able to apply as senior tester provided that I get employment reference as senior tester even my payslip/visa states team lead?

Anyone have same situation?

Based on ACS, they don't look on labels but you have to be sure that your role and responsibilities are aligned with your nominated occupation code. So should be fine.

I encountered an issue on my application po that time. My submission date when i called ACS was changed to a much later time. I think possible na yun ung cause. Also, I guess the duration of experience na pinapaassess may factor pag masmatagal mas tumatagal din ang assessment (this is only my guess).

Based on ACS, they don't look on labels but you have to be sure that your role and responsibilities are aligned with your nominated occupation code. So should be fine.

Oo medyo matagal nasa 13 yrs worth of experience ang pinaassess ko pero thankfully nacredit lahat sa inapplyan kong ANZSCO and hindi na nanghingi ng additional documents

Not sure about PhilHealth as I did not use it for the same reason. Pero sa SSS, you can get it through Member Info > Employment History.

Company A - Jan 2014 - May 2018
Jan - Apr 2014 Payslips
Feb - May 2018 Payslips

According to ACS first and last lang pwede na. Pero I've seen sa facebook groups ng ACS people would actually get insufficient payment proof. So I made sure to get 3 months' worth from the start and end.

First and last year lang din prinovide ko for ITR. No issues naman.
Sa sss, sinama ko lahat kasi nakatable naman.

Hello po, would like to know your thoughts po and suggestions, graduate po ako ng Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Section 1 school dito sa PH, mag tatry po sana ako magpa Skills Assessment, pwede ko na po ba sya ifile kahit mag 4 years experience pa lang po ako by Otober 2023. OR need ko pa po antayin mag October para 2 yrs yung macredit sa skilled employment tapos less 2 years na kinukuha ni ACS. Salamat po in advance.

I read the ACS guidelines a couple of times but just wondering if someone can send me a sample Stat Dec/Affidavit? I searched for samples but still want to see one that is customised for ACS Skill assessment. I am just worried that I will get it wrong. TIA

There is no Stat Dec customized for ACS. It can be produced by following their guidelines. If i'm not mistaken, there are few samples uploaded in this thread, back read lang kaunti. You're less likely to get it wrong basta (complete) details should match your supporting docs and nominated anzsco. Goodluck!

Ilaban na yan kung decided talagang mag migrate! Hindi naman tayo sure ilan years ang ico-count or ibabawas ng ACS. Maximize your points nalang. Say 5pts makuha mo sa employment per your experience above, kaya yan! 65pts naman ang minimum. Goodluck!

Hello po, yung background ko po is licensed ECE from section 2 school, nag apply under Software Engineer ANZSCO code. Initially, ang binigay sakin ni ACS is diploma lang with 6 years deduction sa work exp. Hello po, may I ask what section po school ng wife niyo and from her TOR may mga programming related subjects din po ba? If yes po may chance po na maging positive iyong skill assessment for software engineer, (might minus 2 years only) since BS. IS graduate din po ako and na-assess ni ACS na bachelors.

Pano po pag section 2 pero may ICT related subjects sa TOR? pwede po kaya ma grant na bachelors yun?

AFAIK, the only way na ma grant ng bachelors degree from section 2 / 3 school is kung may PRC license

Hi @jinigirl did you pay the 395 AUD review fee or did you just inquire through e-mail and they updated the assessment result?

Kasi I attached my ECE PRC board certificate naman from the start. I'm from section 2 school applying for computer network engineer pero assessed as associate lang kaya 6 yrs na-deduct. I sent them an e-mail inquiring muna and haven't paid the review fee.

No need to wait. Get things started now. The years of experience will accumulate over time. You can still claim work experience even if it wasn’t assessed. As long as you’re in the same occupation since the last employment episode that’ was assessed. Bachelor degree from section 1 with major Ict would mean ACS will deduct 2 years

Just a note lang din re bank statements, I tried it before pero due to privacy laws the bank statement will not show the company name in salary credit transactions. Which means we cannot use it as payment evidence. Though that was 2021.

You can also opt to use SSS (Employment History, Contributions) and PAG IBIG contributions as they clearly mentioned the company named there. Though counted as one payment evidence lang ito.

You can try sa FOI website for ITR pero most people I know were not successful dito as BIR does not keep physical records for long.

I was able to request payslips with one of my previous employers, maybe still try to request hoping they have digital records saved.

Strict sa guidelines ang ACS so make sure you follow the instructions carefully and check your document thoroughly. Good luck!

Kaya yan! Start early lang and you really need to allot time for it. Follow throughIf you can't get BS or ITRs anymore, meron ditong nagsubmit ng Promotion Letter indicated yung salary raise amount and Company Insurance letter pati HMO cards.

thank you. kaya medyo alanganin din ako sa bank statements eh. yung first company ko lang yung kulang kulang ako sa evidence kasi di ko talaga natago. meron ako nung mga gitna na dates pero wala yung start and end of employment.

opo, ok na yung govt contris. dun lang talaga sa ITR/payslip problema.

Just to make it clear and easier for the assessor to find the important and relevant details.

I would suggest to make a Stat Dec. IF the change name was due to merger/acquisition, then baka may press release sila -- capture mo nalang yun as supporting docs? I got a change in company name case too, fortunately I kept the letter from XX years ago.

Hi po, baka makatulong ulit sa ibang nagproprocess at naghihintay ng ACS results.

Got my positive assessment today after 93 days of waiting. Nagbasa and nagtanong din ako sa ilan dito and mukhang ang trend is more or less 90 days bago makuha yung results. Patience is a virtue. Hintay hintay lang talaga and dasal Eto pala yung additional details:

Date of submission: April 3, 2023
Date of results: July 6, 2023
Occupation: QA Engineer
ANZSCO Code: 261313 (Software Engineer)

Tried my luck lang if macoconsider as SE yung occupation ko since same lang naman ang description nila sa ACS. Depende lang talaga sa sinubmit mong job description kung maaacknowledge. I think kung QA ka, plus points if may automation experience (just my opinion) and nabasa ko rin na may mga nagtry magpaassess ng SE kahit QA sila. Thank God suitable naman. Also, reiterate ko lang yung nabanggit previously dito sa thread na nagbibigay si ACN ng COE with job description. Make sure niyo lang na iindicate sa request na kailangan ni ACS ng COE with job description in order for them to assess your skills and provide an approved list of roles from your previous manager/senior. In my case, nagbigay talaga ko ng steps for them to access the checklist of ACS as proof na need ko talaga yun. Ayun, thank you ulit sa forum na to, sobrang helpful niyong lahat.
