Paano nga ba to nisscore-an? If you write the correct form first, then good. But it will read the next word, which is the incorrect form, so minus din? Haha tricky yung ganyang technique.

Ang naging style ko sa WFD was to conceptualize it, or make it illustrative sa utak ko. First attempt ko kasi, I focused word for word tapos di ko naman naprocess yung thought talaga nung sentence.

Hello po, based sa experience ko parang mas strikto apeuni sa scoring. usual score ko isa around 70++ nung mock tests, but during pte exam naman 86/90/90/89 naman scores ko po. took the exam nung Oct 9 lang.

same po, nakadalawang mock tests din po ako, check niyo din po yung scores kasi naexperience ko mali yung na-key in na sagot sa FIB kahit alam ko naman na yun yung sagot kaya naging mababa score.

pero super helpful po ng advice sa apeuni pano improve score.

i see.. i havent tried ung mga practice tests, i went directly sa mock test just to have a baseline sa current skills ko. mejo nakakagulat ung mga question types lalo na sa speaking lol..

PTE done! jusko lorde. yung stress ko. nagkasakit kami days before the exam! ;[ negative naman sa covid, pero ubo sipon lagnat! halos maiyak na ako. naisip ko na ipacancel kaso ang mahal din kasi!!! php 20k+ dalawa kami. tinanggap ko na din na baka bumagsak kami pareho kasi bedrest kami before the exam, wala ng review o check check. kaya sabi ko, mag exam na kami, bahala na bagsak basta may score. para makapag EOI na din. sabi ko, pwede naman umulit.

lo and behold, this is my husband's score:

di ako naka superior mga ante :'[ pero okay lang! basta naka superior sya hehe. ulit na lang ako in future siguro.

nag hotel pa kami malapit sa exam centre para di kami mastress. nag grab pa nga papunta! HAHA para di hingalin at mapagod. sabi kasi samin ni doc, magpahinga lang kami, full rest ng 7 days!

anyway, wala pong ginamit na template husband ko. di rin sya nag review o mock test.
ito lang mga sinabi ko sakanya:

ininform ko sya ng format ng exam
magsalita sya after 0:01 second
magnext na sya agad kung tapos na sya sumagot, wag na antayin maubos yung time

i, on the other hand, grabe yung kaba ko! ang ingay pala talaga sa speaking part hahahaha. medyo na intimidate ako magstart. sumablay din ako sa repeat sentence kasi ang ingay talaga HAHAHA nawawala ako sa focus.

sabi nya, madali lang daw yung exam kung alam mong confident ka sa english skills mo. (edi sana lahat confident!) medyo nainis pa ako na sa amin dalawa, ako yung todo review at practice bwisit hahaha

ayun, napa MMK pa tuloy sa haba ng share. thank you po sa lahat ng tips na nabasa ko sa thread na to! mahal ko kayo. charot! EOI naaaaaaaa!!!!

hindi na po. pwede ka din magmask if like mo. ako nakamask kasi may ubo at sipon ako nung exam. pero yung mga kasabay ko and even yung mga facilitator, di naman na naka mask.

practice practice practice. magbasa ka lang nang magbasa. lahat ng english words/phrases na makikita mo, basahin mo. ako kahit yung mga nakikita ko lang randomly sa bahay, kalsada, mall, binabasa ko as if nasa exam ako hahahaha
during prep time (before magstart yung recording), reread those unfamiliar and tounge-twisiting words para pag nagstart na, di ka na masusurprise kung pano mo sya babasahin.
di mo need bagalan, di mo rin need bilisan.

Sa mga naka pag take na po ng PTE, kapag line of 60+ kaya ang scores per section sa mocktests sa APEuni, kaya na po kaya mag superior sa actual exam?

ApeUni and other practice app are very conservative in giving scores. So if maka 60+ or 70+ ka sa mock exam nila, most likely you can achieve your desired score sa actual PTE.

totoo to, naka 4x ako dito sa Singapore. mahirap sa mga tulad natin hindi bihasa mag english. pero hindi impossible.

Maganda paghandaan yan, kasi meron maliligaw na 1 or 2 na mahaba. The rest are not so complex sentences. Goodluck!

Ang na try ko yung sa youtube ni jimmysem (sya AFAIK yung may easy mid hard na sentences), then sa apeuni app din. Practice ka lang para alam mo pano i organize yung thoughts mo. Even with 1 or 2 mistake na minor sure kaya pa din maka superior.

Secret is prepare at practice ka. (testmanship).
