If you want to check, you can access this site:

    https://api.dynamic.reports.employment.gov.au/anonap/extensions/hSKLS02_SkillSelect_EOI_Data/hSKLS02_SkillSelect_EOI_Data.html?fbclid=IwAR1euDZfFRQe0Jy0x3ox237I0s20oFzZa54ArIYWERF2T-CnE9feT6O2KZo_aem_AfZyLAESim4nKnDvbIqRrkMUmytm5F2D3nPFw4V_N_CDyWUhSVtAFvglAKVnTE0Ivg4

I’m not sure if this is 100% accurate but , you can get a gist on how many applications per state, per points who has competent or superior english etc.

In my occupation the ceiling for 189 last invite is 90 points but with the data in this site I can see that >85 has very little submissions of EOI. I can also see that NSW and VIC has a lot of submission on state nominations for 190.

My edge by identifying this data is that I have Superior english which has less than 50 applications compared to competent with over a hundred.

Check your occupations with a grain of salt ifc as this is one month delayed updating??

    Hi! May question lang po..

    1. Ok lang po ba na 4 different EOI ang isubmit?

    189
    190 VIC
    190 SA
    190 NSW

    1. Just to double check po, sa NSW lang po ang may unique requirement po regarding claiming of employment points? Sa VIC and SA po, we can claim points starting the date our assessing bodies deemed as skilled po on our occupation?

    2. Naiinvite pa rin po ba kahit nag stop mag work sa assessed occupation?

    Thank you so much po!

    Hi all, question lang po..

I'm looking for other options in case hindi pa ako mainvite this year:

    1) Can I go on a student dependent visa while waiting for an invite (189/190)?
My partner is already in Oz student visa holder but I'm still offshore pa, planning to go there by Q1 next year.

    2) Or, what are your thoughts on getting employer sponsored visas like TSS 482, valid pa din ba yung 189/190 EOI's kapag nag work na ako doon?

This might sound being impatient, but I have reasons to get other options.
Still trusting God that I can still be able to get an invite  , I have less than two months pa naman.
Thank you in advance sa makakasagot po

    1. Pwede ka mag apply ng kahit anong visa na gusto mo, EOIs dont bear any weight until you are invited and you lodge. Icheck mo lang reqts especially ng visa 190, I'm not sure of the rules nowadays pero before kasi some states only invite you for 190 if you reside in that state or are offshore -no interstate applicants. You will have to update your EOI if you go onshore.

    2. Yes pwede ka makakuha ng iba pang visa, same as my explanation on the 1st question. Naka student visa ako before nun, I had 4 EOIs active for different visas wala naman issue.

Hello, there is no such visa that just needs an employer's referral letter. All visas require several documents. As for the visa processing, DHA is the one who does this job. If you meant visa lodging, you can do this on your own and it's very straight forward. You just need to be ready with all the documents that DHA is requiring you to attach in your ImmiAccount when applying for the visa subclass you were invited to apply. For more info about this, you can refer to DHA's website.

    MY ROAD TO AUSTRALIAN PR

Nominated Occupation: Architectural Draftsperson - ANZSCO 312111 (Offshore)

    2020

Jan 20: Since I’m DIYing it, I started researching and learning the whole process.
Feb 22: VETASSESS – I started gathering all required documents.
Apr 25: VETASSESS – I finished gathering all my documents. I created my account and started filling up the Skills Assessment for General Occupation Application.
Apr 29: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents. I started uploading the required documents. I decided not to include my first work in the Philippines because I don’t have payment evidence of it. I didn’t include my 1st work in Singapore as well because I don’t have a Certificate of Employment from that job.
Apr 30: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents for the last time.
May 01: VETASSESS – I successfully submitted my online assessment for Architectural Draftsperson. Total amount paid is AUD$ 880 (SGD$ 842.66) Crossing my fingers that the outcome will be positive.
May 05: VETASSESS – My application status was lodged.
Jul 12: VETASSESS – After 11 weeks, the results came out and it was Positive. Number of years assessed positively was 9.63 which is equivalent to 15 points in EOI.

Aug 16: IELTS – It was my test day. Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing were all taken on this day.
Aug 21: IELTS – My test results came out. L: 9.0 R: 7.5 W: 7.0 S: 7.5 which is Proficient English. It is equivalent to 10 points in EOI.
Aug 22: EOI – I finally submitted my Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect for NSW Visa 190.

*Invitation rounds for NSW nomination under the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) are currently closed. I’m expecting that this may take a while because of the pandemic and the current situation in Australia. I just have to wait for the federal government’s advice on when it will open again.

    2022

Jul 5: IELTS – Since my IELTS exam result was expiring on Aug 16, 2022, I booked my 2nd IELTS Computer-delivered Test for SGD$ 378. My test date was on Jul 17, 2022. I didn’t know at that time that Australia is accepting its validity for 3 years. But I was able to use it as well for my Canada PR application.

*Invitation rounds for NSW nominations under the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) were still closed. It’s expected to open in November 2022. I hope I get invited before my birthday because I will lose points during an age milestone on December.

Sep 09: EOI – After a long wait, NSW’s Skilled Visa Nomination Program finally opened. However, my skill points for my nominated occupation didn’t meet the minimum points required which is 90. I only had 70 points. I updated my EOI and changed my preferred state to Victoria, which only requires a minimum of 65 points. I then created an account in the Live In Melbourne portal and submitted my Registration of Interest (ROI).

Dec XX: EOI – My points went down to 60 points due to an age milestone and I am now not qualified for at EOI in the Australian Skillselect. My only hope is to get higher points in my English exam to get back in the pool. I withdrew my EOI and ROI in Victoria.
    Dec19: – I booked my PTE English Test for USD$ 260 (SGD$ 367.11). My exam date was on Dec 30, 2022.

Question po: Ano po yung Visa na pwedi ka ikaw mag process na visa mo at need mo lang employer referral letter?. As of now may English test and Skills assessment na ako. Hindi siya employer sponsorship dahil ako mismo mag expense sa visa processing ko. thank u

For more info about this, you can refer to DHA's website.

    thanks thanks
