    Hi! Ex-ccenture din here. When you request non-standard COE that indicates job descriptions, they usually issue you a certification na hindi ka nila mabibigyan, along with some requirements in case that certification won't really do, like embassy letter or guideline stating na dapat COE with job description talaga. Sa akin, ayaw mag sign ng affidavit ng previous TL ko kasi pinagbawalan ng HR so I had to explore yung other option na binigay nila. Since hindi naman embassy si ACS, I informed them of that and provided yung ACS guideline for the employment reference. That, plus list of job description na ipinapalagay ko sa COE and approval ng Manager(previous TL) or anyone na higher. Need nila mag vouch dun sa job description essentially. Ayon, na-issuehan ako ng COE with those job descriptions.

    ok noted po. bali mageemail muna sa TL or manager for approval sa nirerequest ko na info sa employment reference, tapos mageemail sa HR requesting yung requirement sa ACS guideline and attaching the email na approved ng manager/TL?

    Tapos as indicated sa last comment ko, here are the steps lang para clearer:
    a. Ask your TL for an approval of the job descriptions. Attach the email approval in the response to HR. Tip: Sync your gmail with mail client like Outlook so you can export the email easily.
    b. Respond to HR with the approval email, ACS guideline and explanation of why a certificate of explanation for non-issuance can't meet the requirements and insist on the need to indicate the details requested.

    Hello again, for the Non-standard COE, ung roles and responsibilities lang ba mapprovide? Hindi kaya iforce yung full time basis and hrs per week?

    I just hope they live up to the expectations, given na mag taas sila ng presyuhan (though, I personally somehow welcome the multiple ANZSCO codes in one application. At least, tatlo agad yung options mo to get on board. More than that, may mga overlapping job codes kasi and I guess it makes sense for those people who has transitioned to more roles than the ordinary.). :D

    Nagulat rin ako dyan. :D Now it makes sense why they slowed down before, let alone the "errors" in the assessment shared by many here previously.

    Hi all good day. Any self-employed applicant here? Just wanted to ask if nakagawa ba kayo ng Self Statutory Declaration using myGov? Kasi parang hindi pa ako pwede magapply ng stat dec using myGov kasi I can't upgrade to standard pa. Only way lang ba is to sign it to an attorney na recognized ng AU Embassy?

    Last June 2023 we arrived here in Melbourne as student visa, yung partner ko yung student so may full working rights ako. I have 7 years exp as network engineer. I was unemployed for four months, multiple rejections even sa mga odd jobs. Nakaka-abot ako ng final interview pero in the end iba ang pinipili nila and generic lang lagi ang reason nila na mas fit yung ibang candidate. Worst experience ko is tanggap na ko sa role pero after few days, na hold yung role at hindi na ko nabigyan ng offer. Yung ibang company ang hanap nila is PR kasi ang industry is security/defence that requires security clearance which only PR/citizen can get it. I cannot say if they prefer may local experience since nakakaabot naman ako sa technical interview pero baka factor yun kaya hindi ako nakukuha after ng final interview. After 4 months of job hunting, natanggap ako sa Woolies(grocery) part time kung saan di ko inayos yung interview lol..Then few weeks later, natanggap na ko as contractor sa same company ko sa pinas, gusto nila ko since galing na ko sa same company, pero yung role is L1 tech support. Lakasan lang ang loob talaga, maraming depressing and heartbreaking moments, yung feeling namin wala na kami pambayad ng rent at groceries, pero kapit lang. :)

    Hala, so ung date format pala ng references is DD/MM/YYYY sabi sa documents nila. Eh ung mg employment references ko complete (e.g. January 1, 2010). Nagmamatter kaya ang hindi pagfollow ng date format? Shaks di ako nagbabasa.

    Ask ko lang yung sa pag-upload ng PDF as evidences, for example sa Experience & Payment Evidence Documents, dapat ba hiwa-hiwalay na PDF for bank statement (employment start), bank statement (employment end), payslip (start and end), tax records (start and end), or dapat basta tungol sa salary ng isang company, isang PDF file nalang lahat yan? thank you.

    The dates on my employment reference were in complete format (e.g. 1 January 2010, January 1, 2010) in contrast to what is mentioned on the ACS manual that dates should be DD-MM-YYYY. All required details are already included on the letter. It is just that the date format is incorrect. Would this affect the outcome? Does the format matter that much? note my application has already been lodged. (sadly T.T)

    This should be okay. Some of my references were not in the ACS suggested format, same din as yours na complete. Okay naman.

    pwde naman pagsama samahin, hiwalay mo lang yung may digital signatures. Keep in mind na 3mb lang max file size.

    Asking for advice lang, I'm currently preparing my ACS requirements but I'm also interviewing for a new job, should I just wait na makalipat ako before submitting for ACS? I heard na matagal kasi processing ng ACS so I want to do it asap but hindi ko sure ano yung consequences if I submitted for ACS this month then mag transfer ako tk a new job. How will it affect my EOI lodging if when mag lodge ako different na employer ko?

    Hello, sorry if this was asked before, I have BS in Electronics Engineering with PRC license but my experience is not alligned to my degree and more on IT Network Security (8 years total experience). Can I still get points for Educational Qualifiation if I proceed my skill assessment through ACS? Also, ano po yung ma recommend nyo na occupation visa based sa education and work experience ko?     then put an end date to your employment. lodge your EOI, you mean? just update your EOI for any changes. wala naman yun problem.

    1. Ok lang yan, wouldn't matter dahil ilalagay mo rin naman ulit yung date sa ACS dashboard mo
    2. Yes, screenshot mo rin yung mga contribution that covers your employment period sa company

    for #2, yes. I also included the contribution page.

    For #3, 10years ago din yung first job ko. I provided SSS as my 1st payment evidence then for the 2nd evidence was yung email from HR that stated they could no longer provide the copy of payslips and ITR because it has already been more than 10years.
    Na-assess successfully naman yung 1st job ko.

    I have few questions na lang po.
    1. Nalito ako sa employment reference need pa ba yung salary and benefits sa guidelines kasi wala pero sa example ni ACS meron.
    2. Sa freelance/contractor positions ko, as per ACS, need ng employment reference detailing dates(start and finish) and hours work per week. So I need to request for the job description to be included? (I doubt kasi ilalagay nila pa eh)

    Yung isang COE ko wala salary and benefits, cos our HR followed yung provided ko na guideline ni ACS, na assess sya successfully. Important yung job description cos that’s where they will base kung relevant ba ung experience mo sa ANZCO that you’re applying.

    ACN employee here. You can request a Non-standard COE that shows the needed details ni ACS. it will take 5 to 7 business days though.

    Hello all, paano kayo naggawa ng self statutory letter? I have a freelance exp kase. I already have my ITR and 2307 as proof of payment and letter from accountant and sa client, pero yung self-statutory letter paano po? Hindi ko magawa sa mygov e kasi hindi standard yung status ko dun. need na ba ipanotaryo sa embassy lawyer? Thanks po

    talaga? I checked earlier and noticed the old files are still there..di ba naquestion yung new submission kung aligned na siya sa ibang ANZSCO code like the roles and responsibilities?...I already have a positive assessment and di pa siya expired..

    Same scenario got a positive assessment CNSE 263111, pero I will submit another one for another ANZ code 263212, I will use the same docs that I used. I am doing this kase meron akong 2 employment episode that is assessed as not closely related daw (lost 5 points here). I kinda expected this dahil medyo generic yung job roles ko dun and mas fit sya sa 263212.

    I asked a friend who did this, parehong positive naman outcome in the end. No questions asked.

    Update ko lang to, I got a positive assessment sa 263212 as well, all my employment episode has been considered minus 2 years.
