Hello po. question. if I am on visa 190 residing on a certain state. magkakaproblema ba if ang work ko ay work from home ako sa nominating state but yung company is from another state/country? will it breach my moral obligation to live and work sa nominating state?

Nah, that's fine. Most states require only the residence criterion to be satisfied as a minimum. There is no limit on how you must earn money or do work.

Hello, if your talking about ROI for VIC, afaik every month sila inviting sa VIC, pero di ko alam ngayon since patapos na ang FY and paubos na din yung allocated slots for nominations.

Yung emails usually sinesend nila minsan nman hindi naman. Is a sorry email. It indicates na your qualified and still considered for the next rounds. For VIC they invite monthly all around. Looks like the allocations had dried up and will end very soon. Keep your ROIs and EOIs up to date lang for next round.
