Some states still have remaining allocations this FY. And the fed is yet to issue their remaining skilled independent invites (first one was Dec 2023). Let's hope for the best.

Hi guys,

Nag-DDIY po kami ng husband ko for our Visa 190 application. Gumawa po kami ng statement of service (COE) following the template provided by vetassess. Now, our questions are:

Plano papirmahan ng husband ko yung SOS/COE sa previous direct supervisor niya which is his manager nung time na yun kaso yung position and company ngayon ni manager ay sa ibang employer na. Ano po ilalagay na position title under sa name ni manager/referee? Yung previous po ba niya position during his tenure or yung present na po?
Yung sa date po, need po ba yun i antidate or kahit yung present date po ang ilalagay.

Sana may makasagot dito na may same experience. Iniiwasan lang po namin na magkamali. Salamat po sa makakatulong!

1. i would follow yung position niya during the time under husband mo dun. you can mention that in the coe/stat declaration - I, XXXX XXX, with passport XXXXXX and was previously employed by XXX as XXXX from XXX - XXXX duly attest / certify that XXXX XXX with PP number XXXX XXX then mention mo na lahat ng details:

job desc
salary

good to mention bakit previous direct sup ang pipirma at hindi yung company. (closure of company, tried to request from company but not responsive etc)

date should be as per sworn date. so do not antidate.

Pwede ma invite ng 2 or more states basta active pa mga EOI mo. Yung iba dito, nagwwait bago mainvite ng target state/subclass. So nagccancel sila ng ongoing visa application or nagdedefer ng nomination/application.

Yung iba naman grab na agad kung ano dumating kasi nga super liit lang ng naging allocation this FY. Ganyan lang din ginawa ko, bahala na kung sino maginvite. Haha. Thankfully yung target state ko naman (nsw) nagsend ng invite.

If you created separate EOIs for each State, then yes it's possible. Pero sa ngayon, medyo risky na maghintay sa gusto mong State so might as well go with whatever invite you receive first.

maybe next FY, since closed na QLD

your occupation got invited last month at 90 pts

while waiting, try adding NAATI for +5pts tapos pa-assess na din si partner for +10pts. that will give you a total of 90 pts. max out what you can max out and hopefully, QLD's new FY requirements will favor you. good luck po!

Question lang po, nakita ko kasi na mandatory yung submission ng bank statement at employment contract sa NSW when invited kaso nga lang sa first employer ko, hindi ko na naitabi yung employment contract, wala na rin bank statement since yung payroll ko before ay sa UCPB (na nagmerge na with landbank). Ang sinubmit ko lang sa accessing authority ko (CPA Australia) ay employment reference, ITR and SSS/Pagibig. Enough na po ba yun or wag ko na lang i-declare yung first employer ko? Thank you po.

you can submit the same files that you submitted for skills assessment. NSW will ask for additional info if the ones that you submitted will not suffice.
