May kilala kami na nag lodge na ng application based sa approved nomination ng ACT. Pero may nakuha din afterwards na invitation from VIC. Niwithdraw nila yung unang lodgment and proceeded with VIC though not sure ano sinagot nila sa question na yun.

We thought we should just do a statutory declaration but fortunately we talked to our friends who are also planning their migration and helped us understand that its easy to request for it.

Ano occupation mo? baka kasi mataas yung cutoff points sa occupation mo or maraming same points sayo na naunang makapag submit ng eoi. Saka depends din sa state na inapplyan mo. Sa ngayon mukang NSW at SA lang ang nag iinvite ng offshore.
