No need for certified true copy po. Just need good quality colored scans of payslips (first and last month of the year sakin), ITR, employee reference letter or statutory declaration, Superannuation docs like SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig are also accepted (I submitted screenshots of my contributions through the online app)

1) I think ok lang kahit hindi colored as long as original and not CTC (certified true copy)
2) You can also attach yung ITR or BIR 2316.
3) Yes also, dapat hindi siya CTC.

Here is a note from the official ACS guidelines. Hope this helps!

Please do not submit:
• Certified true copies of original documents
• Black and white scans (unless original document is issued in black and white)
• Scans of photocopies
• Low resolution scans

Thank you @Iggyyyy, yon guidelines nakita ko yan actually, alangan din ako non una kng ctc ba or hind kasi nagpa assess ako non 2017 with a positive result at puro ctc sinubmit ko, anyway, mag upload ako ng hndi naka ctc,,,another thing lng base sa guidelines need dlwang proof, so payslip at bank statement, nagbgay po ba kayo pareho nito? ang problem ko is yon iba matagal na, more than 5 years na yon previous employer ko...yon iba ko employer meron ako ITR pero same comment so meaning need ko e attach yon wlng CTC (which is a xerox copy na binigay ng employers ko before)...

I'm still collecting my documents pa, pero plano ko isubmit lang yung payslips and BIR 2316. Based on my research, some submitted only these two, while others submitted three documents (payslips, BIR, and bank statements) and got a positive result.

SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth contributions are also accepted as superannuation docs.

For those filling-out 189 or 190 VISA Application sa Immi, I have a couple of questions:

How many payslips, ITR did you submit? All of them or just the first and last year.
Did you submit all years for Pag-ibig, SSS, and Philhealth as supplementary doc kasi di ako makapagprovide ng some of the payslips and ITR.?
Did you scan all passport pages as evidence ng travel history?
Facial Image- alam naman na sguro ng photo studio yung dimensions pag passport photo for Australia?

Passport photo naman samin. May bug yung pag-upload ng facial image sasabihin ng system nadedetect yung mouth na open kahit hindi naman. So you just have to try uploading it 3 times. It will be accepted sa third time.

Not needed for non-prio / non-health related occupations. Ewan ko lang sa mga nasa medical field. Up!

Edit: During medicals, hiningi pala vaccine cert ko (Singapore). Not sure if same sa Pinas.

Hindi ko maalala sa visa application stage. Sa Form80 kasi pinapalist lahat for the past 10years. Wala naman hiningi na proof.

Tapos during NSW nomination (sa case ko), nanghingi lang recent bank statements baka dun na din nila vineverify since andon mga transactions mo eh. Pati current address.

Good Day. Just a quick question. My wife and I received an e-mail yesterday from Migration Queensland inviting us to apply for Queensland State Nomination (subclass 190). Once we get invited and proceed to the visa application rounds, I saw that the fee is AUD 4,770.00 My wife will be the main applicant and I will be her dependent. My question is, is the visa fee (AUD 4,770.00) just for my wife, or will it cover me as well since I will be her dependent? Thank you.

Hi! regarding sa birth certificate, ano po ang identification number? in my psa birth certificate, i can see registry no. which is nasa top right and then BRen which is nasa bottom. Registry No. or BRen? Which one serves as the identification number?

Bach of Fine Arts at currently teaching art courses sa isang University. As per checking, pasok ako under 249211 Art Teacher. Hoping to apply for 190/491. Meron po ba same case sakin? Marami information sa ibang teaching disciplines, pero sa Art wala pa. Sumubok narin ako humanap sa other local/foreign subs, pero wala talaga ako makita. Baka may same case as mine? As much as gusto ko isugal at sumubok, mahal parin kasi talaga at di naman assured ang invite.

I wouldn't say it's cheap but for DIY EOI, you would "only" spend about 50K php or less. This is for skills/qualifications assessment and English test(once) - that's all you need for EOI lodging. I think it's worth a try if you can get high EOI score.

So nag lodge po ako ng EOI for 189 & 190 with my wife as a dependent, and currently waiting po for the pre-invite. The EOI includes yung successful skills assessment nya (provided past and current work experience nya as reference).

Ang tanong ko po is since baka di po muna sya mag work, pag nagkaroon po ba kami ng VISA pre-invite, nire-require po ba nila na may present work po ang wife ko?

2. Dapat ba managerial or supervisory role un work colleague? Pano pag same lang kayo ng position?

Follow yung standard sa pinas kung sa pinas ipapaattest.
Ang alam ko yes, nabasa ko sa ACS guideline before yata. Supervisor mo dapat who had monitored your work. Ewan ko lang kung meron dito may positive assessment ng ka-level lang yung nag attest.
Yes, required. Make sure yung inclusive dates nya, tugma din sa company stay mo.
Kelangan ng date; depende din sa assessing officer na matatapat sayo. Meron daw before nagrequire na need same date written yung Stat Dec and yung stamp portion ng date/law firm stamp. Finollow ko lang din to dati. Not sure ano guidelines ngayon.

Basta sa ACS more complete and aligned documents, mas okay. May assessing officers na mahigpit, meron ding sloppy. Kaya ayusin mo na sa side mo pa lang.
