Hi, I'm currently in the process for apply for the Vetassess Skills Assessment for Customer Service Manager, however I have some questions.
Given the nature of my work (Civil Service), my employer cannot do an organisational chart or provide any further details other than confirming my job title and employment dates.
I read a few people did their own organisational chart and had it signed by their manager.
Is the signature of the manager required if you complete your own? Because for over-the-top security reasons, my manager cannot sign anything.
The only option I would have is to do my own organisational chart and a statutory declaration stating why I can't provide any further info or signature from management. Would this suffice? Or would it rejected?
I would appreciate any help, suggestions or feedback.
Thank you in advance!

Vetassess kami both. Saka inavail namin yung priority process kaya siguro di na masyado inusisa.
