"wag ko daw lalapitan ang kagarawan kung hindi rin lang "agaw buhay" ang suliranin at makakaapekto sa aking aplikasyon"

Hi Guys,
Would just like to ask, do you need to have atleast 60 points before you can apply for NSW SS? My Issue is that I don't think I can claim points for my education/qualification as ACS said it is not recognized. So either I get 20 points for EILTS or 5 points for SS. Thanks!

You can use SS for an additional 5pts to meet the 60pts requirements of DIAC and of course kung pasok sa SS yung ANZSCO Code mo.

Matanong ko po, sabi nyo hindi ni recognized ng ACS yung qualification nyo, so pano po kayo makakaapply for an SS considering nasa CSOL2 yung ANZSCO code nyo. Thru assessment po ng ACS dun nyo malalaman kung pasok ang qualification nyo either 189 or 190 ang inaapplyan nyo.

I got positive assessment result from ACS through RPL, nde lang ako makakaclaim ng points sa qualification or education kasi nde recognize yung school and course ko ( 2 year course). I just checked and 261311 nasa SOL1 naman? or am I missing something? Thanks!

Oh I see then it's good, 261311 nasa SOL1 and CSOL2 and sa occupation list sya ng NSW.
so you really need to have 7.0 sa ielts to claim point para umabot ng 55points + 5pts ng NSW SS to complete your 60pts.

@legato09, Yup exactly just trying to set realistic goals, as I know nde madali ang 8 across all bands for IELTS, so another option ko is atleast 7s then NSW SS, kaso parang ang tagal nga lang ng NSW SS. 3 months???

@rguez06 I think maganda if you ask them directly via email or call them regarding your case para malaman mo agad ang reqts nila. I checked sa website nila sa http://www.business.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visa-and-migration/skilled-sponsored-migration

and Ang nakita ko lng ielts, age reqt and dapat nasa list ung occupation mo.

I remember sa ibang thread dito nag apply sya then ni refuse kasi di bachelors degree then after few months nag email ulet tiga Nsw ok na daw at na lift na ung ganun reqt.. kaya lang ung applicant naka apply na sa ibang state.. I cant recall lang yung name nya at san naka post na thread topic dito...

To be sure mas maganda na nagaling sa kanila di ba... Balitaan mo kami ha

Katakot naman yan batchmate @legato09... cguro sobrang dami nilang natatanggap na mails about status ng kani knilanh application.. kaya ni straight forward na nila...

Meron ako nakitang na approved na today. sys admin sya based sa sheet.

good luck sa ielts mo.. kailan ka mag take? kaya mo yan... yung sa nsw depende meron mabilis meron din matagal. avg tingin ko nasa 3 to 4 months.. napansin ko dumami na lalo ang applicants

@amcasperforu scheduled ako for April 6, yeah first IELTS ko I barely did a review, sinagutan ko lang yung 50 sets of practice questions sa IELTS 7 then had 2 hours of sleep before my exam kasi nagka-issue sa work, idk might be just excuses pero this time I'm doing the effort para magka decent review naman so hopefully I can nail those 7s, meron bang thread for VIC SS? that's another option if I can get 7s, sorry OT just like to know the timeline. Thanks!

based from my experience before (last year), VIC SS took 3 months while NSW took around a month. advantage lang ng VIC SS is it's free. but now, based sa nababasa ko NSW SS is taking 2 to 3 months to get a result so parang parehas na sila ng VIC.

based from my experience before (last year), VIC SS took 3 months while NSW took around a month. advantage lang ng VIC SS is it's free. but now, based sa nababasa ko NSW SS is taking 2 to 3 months to get a result so parang parehas na sila ng VIC.

@hotshot Thanks for the info. Also Can I apply for both VIC and NSW SS? Since wala namang bayad ang VIC SS. Para which ever comes first. Thanks!

@rguez06 : pwede naman pagsabayin. that's what i did before pero approved na visa namin nung nakuha ko ang result ng VIC. hehe

@hotshot thank you po. Tatawagan ko pa ulit ang TRA para ma expedite ang assessment result ko. Needed kasi un for partner points para makaabot ng 55 + SS = 60.

Oo kukulitin ko na talaga lagi ang TRA. Bahala na maubusan ng load lol!

Gaano po katagal ang processing ng NSW SS ngayon? May na approve na ba recently na ang IELTS score is below 7 tapos ang nominated occupation is software engineer?

if you'll backread and check the users' signatures, makikita mo na current processing time for NSW SS is about 2 to 3 months. about the IELTS requirements ng NSW SS, it's clearly stated on their website na 6.0 in each band na lang ang requirement nila.

@hotshot - thanks po. kakatapos ko lang mag backread sa thread nato. nabuhayan ang loob ko ng may nakita akong mga
forumers na na approve ang NSW SS na tulad ng situation ko (IELTS score 6.5 / Software Engineer).

na-depress kasi ako kanina ng makita ko ang IELTS result ko. 7 band score ang target ko para maka
apply ng visa 189. Tapos sabi ng agent ko na medyo mahirap kumuha ng SS para madagdagan ang points
ko.Hindi naman cguro mahirap, matagal lang.

Anyway, proceed na lang ako sa NSW SS kahit matagal bka ma approve at ng maka proceed na sa next step.
