Hi to all new April 2013 Migrants,

My family and I will be bound for Adelaide this April 2013. We would be happy to meet up with other April 2013 migrants to help build a support system from the time we land in Aus. If you are interested, we can meet up at the cathedral in Adelaide on April 14, 2013 (Sunday) after the mass. I am checking with a nice and good forumer - Ren to find out in which exact cathedral is the meeting up normally happening so we can meet her too.

May I also ask who among you will be attending the Info Session of DIAC happening on April 13 or 17. Kindly ensure to register at the DIAC through the email sent to you for attendance at the Info Session. Hope to meet up also with April 2013 migrants there.

Hi Faith , i 'll be arriving also on the 7th April in adelaide. Hope to see you guys, i am of a different religion but i can meet you up after the mass in whichever catheral you guys will be meeting. i am not aware of the Info session of Diac, will check my email and try to sign up.
By the way, other than the passport, Grant notice, do you know which other important documents should we be bringing.Do we need to secure OEC ( a requirement of POEA for OFW ) ?

Hi Everyone! You might also like to attend the Migrants' Welcome Dinner of a Christian Community. Bukod sa libreng dinner, madaming tips na makukuha at may question and answer portion pa. Madaming makikilalang mga pinoy din. Pang dagdag lang sa sasabihin ng DIAC. Will inform you kung kailan ang next sched sa Sturt Church.

Also, baka may single/couple na gustong maki share ng unit sa amin sa may Glenelg East. We are moving there on April 16. Ilang kembot lang papunta sa Tram.

I was told that this sticker is required if you are exiting via the philippines to australia.

In our case, will just bring the passport and grant. Think if you have an employer contract, thats where the POEA docs will be needed. But am not sure about it. Sorry I wont be able to help you on that.
My family and I have yet to see the place we intend to rent when we arrive on April 9. Once we have found our way, will email you guys for which Cathedral to meet. Likely, April 14, Sunday would be a good time to meet. Have you been able to check na DIAC Info Session. We will be attending that as well. Think it will be on the 13th or 17th of April.

Hi Faith, i have asked regarding the CFO sticker in the other post, but was answered not required for Visa Class 475- provisional sub-class . This applies only to migrants with PR or under employment contract.

Cathedral's name is st Francis Xavier in Cbd. We will hear mass at 11am. I'll be in black Boracay shirt. We can meet at the main door entrance after the 11am mass. Thank you and looking forward to meeting our batch.
