@RichardQ hello dec 21 receipt date ko kaso wala akong detailed JD sa 2 previous company . email nila ako di maproceed Work assessment haggang mabigay ko yung docs.

If complete ka naman wala naman problema,wait mo na lang results

Hi @lock_code2004, salamat sa yong mga sagot. Right now I am still waiting for a notification from EA. Based on their Status email, they are reviewing applications they received last Jan 2 2013 na, my application was received by EA last Dec 17 2012 pa and wala pa rin akong info on my application...kinakabahan talaga ako...hopefully ok yung result..:-) By the way, is it ok to call them to ask on the status of my application?

i think hindi sila nag-eentertain ng calls..
kaya nga email lang na may auto-reply ang way to get an update..
kung may issue nmn sa application mo, the CO will contact you..

Hi @lock_code2004, I would like to ask you few questions: San po ba kayo when you applied sa EA, are you in PH or overseas? Did EA sent you an email notifying that they have started reviewing you application? If your application is successful, will they send a notification thru email or talagang thru post lang?

In my case, nakareceive ako ng email from EA regarding sa assement outcome kasi nagkaissue sa ANZCO Code ko, mas fit daw ung CDR ko as Telecommunications Network Engineer instead na Telecommunications Engineer kaya pinabago ko nalang. Then after ilang days, nakareceive ulit ako ng mail attached ung assement outcome na mismo. I think un na din ung mail na ipapadala nila through post.

@angelmar17 tama.. In a way, medyo ok din ung na-contact ng co.. Same thing happened to me.. Kaya alam ko agad na ok.. Ksi I recvd the email with the assessment result.

Hi po, finally got positive results from EA. Letter arrived today but the date on the letter is April 19,2013. Receipt date is Dec. 11 2012. Mukhang delayed lang naipadala. Thanks po sa lahat ng tumulong lalo na po sa inyo sir lock_code2004

@davos_uno, Congrats din Sir! Are you in Ph right now? I think matagal nga cguro dumating ang post from EA. Yung receipt letter nang application ko was sent by EA Dec 18 2012 (based on the postage stamp sa envelope) tapos it arrive here in Cebu Jan 29 2013 na, and delivered to my office first week of Feb. Medyo matagal talaga at nakakanerbyos...now that I'm waiting for the results, mas lalong nakakanerbiyos...:-)

Boss @joestrummer, did you received any news from EA yet?...parang lalo akong kinakabahan nito...:-)

Hi may tanong lang po...
Kasi yung company ko dati ayaw magbigay ng coe. medyo masama kasi loob nila sa nag reresign kahit maayis ka ng resign.
tanong ko lang po, Would it be ok to not include my previous company sa CDR ko para di na itanong ng assesor?

Hi @angelmar17, ok lang po ba makahingi ng copy ng CDR nyo po? Newbie rin po ako dito and currently reviewing for IELTS exam at the same time gusto ko po magstart narin gumawa ng CDR kaso hindi ko po alam pano ko sisimulan. Telecommunications Network Engineer din po balak ko ipa-assess. Kung ok lang naman po. Thanks.

@All: Or anyone here po na pede magshare ng CDR nila? Malaking tulong po ito sa newbie na tulad ko. Thanks po ng marami.

@lock_code2004 sir yung husband ko receipt date Jan 2 , nakareceive din email kahapon mas fit sya sa electronics engineer ,waiting na lang sana positve results. Pareho kami ginawa dati naka Stat Dec yung walang JD na COE , pero nde na sya nirequire additional doc unlike me.
Hopefully maging ok na yung akin

Fedex ko na today Friday dating sa kanila email ko na assessor ko :-) sabi nya kasi certified copies please .. eemail ko na lang sana

Parehas kami nag pa assess sa EA, hopefully dumating na din sa akin results

Kaya nadelayed pa tuloy pero husband ko Jan 2 receipt date pinapalitan to Electronics Engr sana anytime makarecive positive news..

@RichardQ baka nasa post office na results mo..remember matagal mo din nareceive dati yung receipt mail mo.

Idol wala pa din akong natatanggap e. Metro Manila din babagsak yung sulat ko pero if it will be the same as before, 2 weeks after dumating yung sulat from EA. So assuming na same yung tagal niya, I will have to wait two weeks din bago pa makareceive ng results and hoping for it to be positive. Nyay! Sana lang positive.

Update update kayo dito idol ah, nauna kasi kayo sa akin so most likely una din kayo makakatanggap ng results.

Hi po!

Dapat po ba talaga nagwork ako ng 36 months sa nominated skilled occupation ko within the last 4 years or else di na ako qualified sa Skillselect or sa DIAC?

I am an IE and until 2008 ko lang na-apply ang pagiging IE.

Jun 1999 - Mar 2006 Sr. Production Engr.
Oct 2006 - Mar 2008 Supply Chain Officer
Nov 2010 - April 2011 Technical Support Professional (no COC po pala ito)
Oct 2012 - present Data Analyst (Work-from-Home Mom)

Need ko ba mag-work ulit sa company as IE or enough na 'yung previous work experience ko to try Australia?

@clix88 - hi.. where did you get that information about 36 months in 4 years?

im also an IE.. eto ang work exp ko:

before 2008 - Mfg Engr/IE
from 2008-2011 im also in IT business systems...
2012- back to Manufacturing

nung nag apply ako for EA assessment for IE nung Jan 2012, na approve naman ang mga work exp ko as an IE... ang ginamit kong career episodes (CDR for EA) ko eh yung nung nasa Manufacturing pa ako..

i think you just need to make sure na ang mga COE at job description mo ay medyo related to ANZSCO code.. check mo yang job description ng IE ANZSCO code..

@clix88 - one more thing.. EOI/Skillselect points system is based on your work experience for the last 10 years (before your application date) :

At least three but less than five years (of past 10 years) - 5 pts
At least five but less than eight years (of past 10 years) - 10 pts
At least eight and up to 10 years (of past 10 years) - 15 pts

Thank you for enlightening! 'Yan nga din nabasa ko sa Skillselect, "EOI/Skillselect points system is based on your work experience for the last 10 years (before your application date)". After days ng pagbabasa ng threads, I got lost yesterday nang maka-open ako ng other forum through links.

i read in a different forum that you need to have your work experience assessed by EA if you are to claim points for it. Is that true? i already submitted my CDR to EA last week.
yes. its true, if you will not avail the assessment for work experience, DIAC's CO will have no clue on which/how many years of work experience is relevant to your nominated occupation. It's either
- they will ask you to avail for the assessment of work experience from EA again
- or, they will decide based on their own knowledge (so far i have not seen this specially after July 2012, when they implemented the change on the work exp assessment for all assessing authority)

No.3-b: Additional Assessment Services (Check appropriate box and fee payment on relevant application form)

•if you want to claim overseas PhD engineering degree, or

Hi Lockcode! Thank you so much for these inputs. Just to share with everyone also in this forum, I got worried that I did not include the work experience assessment so I called up EA and they said I can still ask for the assessment while my CDR is still for processing. I just needed to pay the additional fees. This is what I did just this week. Hope everything will be okey and I will receive my results together.

@davos_uno we had the same concern. i called EA instead of email. just submit the additional requirements and fee. include in your application your CID.

Mga idol na nagpasa nung December may nakareceive na ba ng assessment? Parang may delays ata sila ngayon sa pagprocess pero nag-hire na sila ng additional staff para mapabilis pa ang assessment.

how did you know they hired additional staff?
