    yung post hintayin mo nlng this week on the way na yun within SG lng diba.
    sabay nga tayo pero sa IDP ako nag exam.self-collect yung sa akin pero hindi ko kinuha
    muna,walang gana eh..hehe..baka sa retake ko nlng kunin yung previous results ko.

    oo nga nadoble pa yung IELTS.buti sayo na ace mo kaagad.sana lng walang changes
    sa dependent cost this July.

    Ah...retake din ako 6 oang w/s ko..kaso I'm rhinking pwd ko n sya gamitin s pag apply s WA SS...kasi 6 ang min requirement. ..tama po b understanding ko kahit d oa 60 ang EOI ko..need ko maka 7 s IELTS para maka claim ng 10pts para maka 60 s EOI..yung sayo po? Nakapag skills assessment k n?

    @yhanie_17 self-review lang po. takot na takot kasi akong mag-retake. :-SS ayan, narinig ni Lord panalangin ko. Siguro sinwerte din, baka good mood yung nagcheck ng speaking and writing ko.

    Kung sa British Council pala kayo nag-signup tignan nyo yung Road to IELTS. Ok yung mga tips dun. I applied those that I remembered. =) Alam ko kasing mag-struggle ako sa Writing, so talagang naka-focus ako dun. Practice lang talaga katapat pero you also have to know what makes a good essay pati rin grammar. Budburan mo lang ng synonyms, pasok na yan! =)

    I remember, ilambeses ko ata sinulat at binura 1st sentence ko sa writing exam. Sobrang tensed, sa takot ko gumastos ulit ng $$$$.

    I think dapat 55 ka without SS sa EOI.you can check that in the summary of ur EOI when
    you ticked both 189 and 190.you were saying na 50 points ka lng ngayon kasi di mo ma avail
    ang 10 points ng language diba.So kahit pasok at approv ka sa SS, 5 pts lng yun,kulang ka ng
    5 points to have an invite from DIAC.You also need to provide ur EOI number sa pag apply
    ng SS sa WA so baka ma-question ka dun.That is how I understand the procedure.

    Nagsubmit ako ng application June 3, tapos upload na docs wala pa naman CO nagcocontact sa akin.. anantayin ko ba contakin ako CO.. or pwede punta sa SG PCC with TRN.. thanks :)
    You cannot be issued an SG PCC if you don't have that request from your CO... :)
    ito din yung pinoproblema ko, lalo na nung sinabi ni @alexamae nga 3 weeks. kasi if ever magiging ok yung SS ko by july, we're planning to lodge early september sana. uuwi na ako ng pinas this end of july para manganak which is ang EDD ko is first week oct. pa. balik ako dito mid nov. pa. what if may na allocate na CO na by oct.? nasa pinas pa ako nyan, paano ako kukuha ng PCC? dba CO will only give 30 days to complete the requirements?

    @tutik may naka try na nang ganito? ai kaso by july end dli pa ako mag lo-lodge ng visa nyan. plan kasi namin if ok yung SS around send mag lodge para malapit na ako manganak dli ma inip yung CO sa medical results if ever.

    @JPK - not all skill assessments require IELTS, depende kung anung occupation mo..merong iba na pwede assessment muna, then saka na ang IELTS after pumasa...

    Nagpa-plano rin kaming mag-asawa mag-migrate sa AU. Thankful ako at nakita ko itong forum. Parang ang first step pala is magtake ng IELTS. Tanong lang po sa mga nag-IELTS dito - may mai-recommend ba kayo na affordable review center dito sa SG? If kaya ng budget namin, nais ko sana mag-enroll. Salamat po...
    @JPK gaya ng sabi ni @lock_code2004 check mu muna if required ba ang ielts sa occupation mo. if hindi naman better guro pa assess ka muna then while waiting for the result take ka ng ielts. medyo matagal2x din yung pag-a-assess eh.

    Software Tester po ang i-nominate ko na occupation. Required po bale ang IELTS, yun General Training. Tama po ba ang intindi ko?
    Magstart na rin ako magprepare ng RPL (Non-IT kasi qualification ko).

    Hello SG-AU peeps, ask ko lang kung ano ang cheapest (and safest) way of bringing your SGD to AU. My husband tried inquiring with Citibank SG if we can open a Citibank AU account here, di daw pwede. Isip naman namin if ok bang papalitan ang SGD to AUD before leaving, or SGD-USD-AUD (which I think is malaking loss sa exchange rate). Any feedback would be appreciated!

    glad to find this thread. still waiting for my vetassess results. 4 weeks and still counting. my IELTS exam is scheduled next month. looking forward to submit my EOI in August.

    Tomorrow 1 month na ako dito at di man lang nag ring telepono q for interview or kung ano pa man. Panay rejection ang na re-receive ko sa email q..huhuhu! I am thingking going back sa SG nalang ulit at dyan nalang mag jobhunt..I am confused na to hang on or give up na kasi iniisip ko rin hirap at pera na dinanas ko sa pag apply dito. Wala na kasi cashflow na napasok since wife is housewife lang..

    troy, if you don't mind do you have enough money to stay 6 months without any cash coming-in? ako kasi ang plan namin is to survive first 6 months na zero income..
