Thats great offer. Ask mo sa employer kung sagot nila ang private health insurance at ito pa ang pinaka importante kung willing ka nila sponsor ng Permanent resident visa after one or two years... Goodluck

Thats great, ask mo agad kung willing sila sponsor ka for PR after a year. Baka maghigpit na ang 457 visa this year, news link below:

By the way, same company ba ang 2years consecutive? It would be good to ask if they will be willing to sponsor you for PR @RodGanteJr. You said 2 yrs bigay sayo DIAC? In that 2 years, I reckon you should be able to assess na if they can help you with permanency.

    21 Dec 2012 - 457 lodged
    7 Jan 2013 - medical finalised
    8 Jan 2013 - visa approved

@kim in my case kasama na sa visa application ang family ko. Isang bayaran lang for one application. On a 457 visa wala akong binayaran dahil sagot ng company yung mga fees.

Tapos na yung interview ko last June 20 and had a job offer that same day. I signed the employment contract already. Sabi ng HR ng university, they will lodge the application before July 1.

After nun, ano na gagawin ko? I have the documents, clearance etc with me. So after nun, tsaka pa lang kami magpapamedical ng pamilya ko? Maraming Salamat !!

    Hi Guys,

Need your help. I already signed the contract. But the problem is with regards to financing the visa application and agent's fee. Sabi nung employer, they will shoulder only part of it (actually hindi pa sya 50% of the total cost). The I told him that as per our conversation. he mentioned that the employer will shoulder the cost as stated by law. Need lang po ideas regarding sa charges and fees kc it seems like hndi maganda yung ganitong situation.

continuation... Then sabi ni agent, negotiate the fees and charges with the employer. So parang pinagpapasa-pasahan nila ung topic for fees. Please help me with this guys. Thanks!

06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)

    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)
12-01-13: CO allocated and nomination approved
18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.

Pero kung hindi gaano ka in-demand yung profession mo, then you need to decide if you are willing to shoulder some of the cost kung gusto mo talaga makarating ng OZ.

Then your other option is to lodged your visa application by yourself without a migration agent once na approve na ang nomination (kung ayaw mo magbayad sa migration agent).

apc its a small price to pay for employers its like they are going to save maybe 50k or more, to give you an example yung mga contractual dito sumasahod ng 120K annually .. makakakuha sila ng employee overseas mga 70-80k lang na sahod .. kung gumastos sila ng 10k pag pprocess ng visa ok lang ...

Mas malaki talaga sweldo ng contractual per hour compared sa full time kasi wala naman benefits yung contractual like mga leaves...bale no work, no pay yan sila.

I uploaded birth certificate, marriage contract, photocopy ng info page ng passport, employment certificate (from previous employer), proof of trainings, TORs, picture, proof of health insurance (certification from BUPA), employment contract and employment offer. Pati CV pala kasama. Pag may naalala pa ako, message kita.
