    chilax chilax after ng visa grant, shopping & pampering before going to the land down under para din makatipid at di na tayo bibili dun kasi mas mahal at pag ininterview din tayo dun ng immigration officer, eh medyo maaliwalas ang ating mukha...

    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @pepper I know how you feel let's retail therapy hahaha!it's friday everyone!then weekend na!lalthough,halfday dn ata ang DIAC pag saturday nadispatch ung visa ng mom ko dati saturday eh :)

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    Thank you god!!:) im done waiting :)

    sana nga bukas bigay na nila ang visa grant ko.... kasi hanggan ngayon yung iffinalise yung visa ko then bukas yun ipapadala..assuming lang....

    @maliboo retail therapy? ang gastos naman. mag yoga nalang kayo.LOL. ako pag di ako na grant maglalagay ako nang punching bag sa bahay. hahaha.

    @pepper LOL. oo nga naman. nanotice ko last week nang June ang daming naapprove. ngayon biglang bumagal. although marami din naman applicant na di nagpa member dito. we can still see the bigger picture dito.

    @heyitscharmlalalala you are right. thanks for uplifting my spirits. hehe. nag reply naba IDP sayo? busy din yata ang IDP sa mga queries nang applicants ngayon and busy din ata sila sa predeparture orientation.

    @KG2 pwede pala agad iclose yung bank account once magrant na? Sa UK kasi 3months dapat intact ang bank. Twice na din kasi kami nagapply ng student visa sa uk, denied. Kaya tinry namin tong OZ, kasi sabi nila mas okay naman daw. Sana nga, still hoping and praying maging okay lahat. Kaya pa yang sayo may 2 weeks ka pa.

    @KG2 nagreply na sakin ang IDP. They also sent an email to the embassy.

    Here's the reply from the embassy

    Regarding the visa application we do ask that noting that this is AL 3 student cases (subject to 90 days DIAC Global Service standard) that you do allow reasonable time to enable such visas to be processed in accordance with our service standards (especially during peak student intake period), Whilst we will endeavour to finalise this case as quickly as possible, I cannot guarantee this will be done by end of July.

    Advise nila is to defer.

    I also asked about changing my course from Diploma to Bachelors... they told me that it's a high risk of not getting a full refund. I'm worried about not getting a full refund at forfeited pa ung application and courier fee. Start from scratch talaga. I decided to just defer my application.

    Waiting for IDP's reply on how to go about the deferment process.

    @thorVIRUS hindi ko alam, pero more than 1 year na kasi ang bank account na para show money, icoclose ko if may grant na. Pangbaon ko ang money. Hehe. Yung kapatid ko sa Scotland dati nag student din, parang walang future daw dun. I dunno. Kasi 10 hours lang work nila i think. hopefully mabigyan ka nang extension

    @KG2 oo nga, sobrang higpit ng UK. nandun lang kasi sister at relatives ni wife kaya tinry namin yun lang hndi talaga pinalad e. Sobra higpit sila to the point na pinapunta kami sa embassy for a face to face interview. Para kaming nasa hot seat. It was not an interview more like an interrogation. Grabe silang higpit lalo kung pinaghihinalaan kang magaaral ka lang to come there and then work.

    Hello po, im a a newbie.... Ask lang ako help with visa lodgement online https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/visas/app/uu?form=SOFF, sino pong may visa grant na through this facility, hingi po ako ng tulong how to go about it. my agent just recently imposed a 10k visa assessment fee....Matindi po pangangailangan ko...     June 24, 2013 - paid courier fee of 900 pesos as IDP's request through email
    June 25, 2013 - Visa lodged
    June 26, 2013 - got acknowledgement text message
    July 1, 2013 - email notice to undergo medical exam
    July 2, 2013 - medical at NHSI Cebu
    July 10, 2013 - medical results uploaded
    July 10, 2013 - emailed [email protected] to ask status, however no reply from them
    July 12, 2013 - received email from [email protected] and IDP for the Visa grant! Thank you, Lord!

    Guys!!! Just received an email from the embassy with an attached copy of visa approval. Wooooooooooohh!!! VISA GRANTED! sinabi nila agad sa mail. Thanks God
