Hi all!
We are renting our space downstairs in Woodridge. It is a huge room which you can consider as studio type as the bed and the living area will be in one room. It has its own toilet and bathroom. It also has its own entrance/exit, separate from ours upstairs. We are renting it for $160 per week for a single person inclusive of electricity, water, and internet. For a couple, it will be $200 per week. 5 minutes walk to bus stop for 545 bus, 10 minutes walk to bus stop for 550 bus. We can provide bed, coffee table, fridge, and TV. We will be sharing with you our washing machine which is located in the garage area just outside the room.
