    9th week ko na wala pa din ako CO..kapag complete ba mga documents hindi na kinokontak ng CO kc ang email skn DIAC last week kung my additional.docu or info na need kontakin daw ako ng CO..may kasabay ako s CFO seminar on her 3rd month after mag call ng partner nya sa DIAC naka receive na sya ng grant letter and wlang CO na kumontak s knya..nakaka lito naman :(

    Nag email ako sa kanila last week, they replied na if meron additional docu or info then kontakin ako ng CO..may kasabay ako sa CFO seminar 3 months nagka visa grant sya and wla sya naging CO..pag nag 3rd month na ako ang usapan namin ng husband ko tatawag na sya s DIAC..nakaka confuse lng na kpg hindi lang ba complete and docu un lang ang kinokontak ng CO

    @tompitt03 @echo @MJQ79 congrats to all of us! now we are ready to proceed with our medical, ok na kasi yung NBI and PCC namin. worried lang ako sa additional document na hinihingi ng CO namin.

    besides kasi sa usual NBI, PCC and form 80, our CO also asked us to provide for Evidence of Overseas Work Experience. she wants us to provide employment contracts and social security/taxation/pension documents.

    wall kami pwede present na taxation documents kasi tax free ang dubai, we are not paying any tax. and in terms of contract naman, worried akong isubmit yung labour contract ko kasi indicated sa contract ko is ARCHITECT ako pero ang ninominated ko na occupation is architectural draftsman. what should i do? may same case kaya sa akin dito sa forum?

    @jvframos baka po pwede certificate of employment, stating kung kailan pa po kayo employed, salary included or maybe you could ask a photocopy of your contract from your HR then ipa certify niyo nalang? Ask niyo po si CO kung pwede yun.. :)

    @jvframos ask ko lang po, nung nagpa assess kayo, ano po mga pinadala ninyo na employment references ninyo nung nag apply po kayo for SS and nung nagpa assess kayo sa Vetasses? Siguro kung duon po sa mga sinubmit niyo dati ay nakalagay na Architect po kayo, then naging positive naman yung SS ninyo and yung sa assessment ninyo ay equivalent Architect Draftsperson, baka pwede na po yun contract niyo? :)

    Mga Sir/Mam, ask ko lang po, sino po sa inyo nakapag try na po mag online application sa NBI for the clearance? Any sugestions? Mas ok po ba na hapon po kumuha, tsaka kung saan branch po kaya mabilis? :)
    for me, better yung online application.. ganun gnawa ko at ang bilis ko nga...d na kelangan pumila... pagpunta ko dun derecho dun sa taas... wait ng konti for your turn dun sa biometrics.. then balik after a week for the nbi clearance.. standard processing time nla kac for visa processing is 1 week..

    gagawin mo lang is to pay first sa globe for the nbi clearance fee... then after paying... ibibigay sayo yung reference number... you will use the reference number when you register online...and then after registration.. magsend cla sa email mo with the link to the information that you need to complete... after completing... magtext para sa sked kung kelan ka pupunta ng nbi.. in my case sa main office.. tapos punta sa scheduled time and voila... finish... :)

    @cchamyl ang nilagay niyo po ba na purpose ay "travel to australia" or "immigration requirement" po ba? Kasi may nabasa po ako na kapag daw "travel to australia" 1 week daw po talaga, I'm not sure if it's the same for "immigration requirement" purposes. :) Thank you.

    i chose from the option... VISA - Australia... may other option kac for tourist - Australia... so dapat VISA- Australia... one week tlaga xa... i asked eh... hahaha...

    Mabilis nga kung online application sa nbi. Direcho ka na sa 4th floor for biometrics. Kumuha kami ng mrs ko last july 18, direcho na kami sa 4th floor kasi nag apply na kami online. Purpose is visa to Australia din. Nakuha din namin agad nung araw na yun. Mga 1 hour 30 mins lang nakuha na nbi clearance.

    17 Aug 2013 457 visa approved
    02 Sep 2013 first day of work
    04 May 2016 lodged 186 visa
    17 Nov 2016 PR granted
    27 Nov 2017 lodged application for citizenship
    30 April 2018 citizenship application approved
    28 August 2018 citizenship ceremony

    @jvframos baka po pwede certificate of employment, stating kung kailan pa po kayo employed, salary included or maybe you could ask a photocopy of your contract from your HR then ipa certify niyo nalang? Ask niyo po si CO kung pwede yun.. :)
    @bluemist nope, they are different. nag downgrade kasi ako ng position from architect to draftsman. nirequest ko lang jun sa office so internal arrangement lang jun kaya di pwede palitan yung nasa contract ko. yung CoE lang ang pinalitan nila for the purpose of this visa application. So malaking conflict jun pay sinubmit ko yung contract ko.

    I was then advised ng mga other UAE applicants na bank statement na lang submit ko kasi that reflects my monthly salary
