    @bluemist worried ako about sa referred medical mo, kasi kakapanganak ko lang tapos CS din last aug 25. Ano po ba ang kailangan i.clear daw? Lalo akong kinabahan nang nabasa ko :(

    Hi All,

    Kakalodge ko lang ng visa ko at medyo na-ooverwhelm ako on what to do next. Help naman po! :)

    Ok so I paid the visa charges (goshh! ubusan ng yaman ang peg!) :(:(:( But go go lang.

    I read the document checklist but there are a few things na di ako sure/di ko maintindihan when I need to do.
    1. May nakalagay na 'certified' almost lahat ng documents na i-aatach. Kahit colored kelangan kong ipacertify? Ayon sa pagkakaintindi ko eto ang listahan ng kelangan kong ipacertify:
    1. passport
    2. Ielts
    3. Skills assessment
    4. diploma, TOR
    5. employment certificates
    6. character evidence

    2. Health Evidence - May nabasa ako na "If you have already applied for an Australian visa, you will be advised by email or by your case officer what health examinations you need to do (if any)." Pero sa mga nakikita ko sa timeline ng mga tao, nakaupload sila ng medicals agad agad.
    Pwede na ba akong magpamedical? What do you suggest?

    3. NBI Clearance - Eto pwede ko na itong gawin no through embassy? Tapos sa COC, I'll wait for the CO nalang noh?

    4. Ano po ba ang pwede kong gawin before a CO is assigned? Tama ba itong na-identify ko?
    Upload iyong nasa list ko on point 1?
    Wait for the CO to advise on the health requirements? OR do I do this in advance?
    Process NBI

    5. By the way, my parents are my dependents but they are not migrating. Nakalagay din na baka irequire din sila ng health check and character evidence? Do I ask them to process na din or do I wait for the CO? Ang engot ko din sana di ko nalang sana dineclare. But it is what is is. Nalodge na. Di ko na mababago.

    Naguguluhan po ako sa timings and na-ooverwhelm. I tried to read other forums like expatforum pero iyong nabasa ko mga Shushmitasens (i.e. Indian) so di ko maintindihan kasi medyo specific ang names nila sa kanilang bansa.

    Pa-share naman po ng wisdom sa mga nakalodge na. Lost na lost ako.

    @moonwitchbleu sis, nabasa ko dun, ang caesarian section pumapasa naman na grade A sa surgical procedures, so hindi na yun ni rerefer sa MOC. na d/c kasi ako dati due to blighted ovum aside sa c/s ko kaya din siguro na refer. :)

    @anjcostelo hello, i'll try to answer your concerns to the best of my abilities and from my experience:

    1. ang sabi "if possible, please provide colour scanned copies of
    original documents. If you are unable to colour scan documents, please ensure that the documents you scan are certified copies. If you send us a scan of the original document, we can accept PDF, JPEG, TIFF or BMP file formats, although they prefer that it be in PDF format."

    2. once you have paid, you can log in to skillselect, then click on the link "continue saved online application". Once there, you can see the requirements that you need to upload. (once you upload, you cannot retrieve/delete it) and also the link "organise health requirements". Once you click the "organise health requirements" link, you will fill out the requested information and once submitted, you can print it and bring that with you when you go to the panel doctor's clinic. you can have your medicals done before allocation of CO to speed up your application timeline especially in cases which are highly likely to be referred to the MOC. Just take note that the dates of medicals and police clearance may have an impact on your initial entry date.

    3. if you're based in the philippines, just apply through NBI online. If you're currently based outside the phils, you need the referral letter from the CO before you could request for police clearance (like singapore and etc.).

    4. I think my answers for 1 to 3 will suffice.

    5. like sa amin, we did not declare our parents as dependents who will not migrate with us. Kasi i read from other threads that they might get requested to do the medicals also even if they're not migrating with you. maybe you could research more on who are qualified as dependents..

    Just to clarify lang po. For NBI no need naman for referral letter from CO kahit na nasa overseas ka.

    Need lang yung referral letter for SG COC o yung police clearance counterpart from Singapore. :)

    you can still change your application details..
    search for the Form to change answers in your application".. in the diac website..
    which you can indicate what needs to changed.. (example removing your parents as in the section " depedents but not migrating")..

    then attach this to your application and/or email to your CO..

    search for the Form to change answers in your application".. in the diac website..
    which you can indicate what needs to changed.. (example removing your parents as in the section " depedents but not migrating")..

    master... ask ko na din.. kac yung question regarding dun sa national identity card... ang answer ko is no.. since technically wala naman ako nun... pero sabi nla na yung sss id is considered a national id... kelangan ko na ba mag submit nung form na yun at i.inform c case officer?

    sana nga sis mag dilang anghel ka at by next week clear na yung medicals ko.. pwede kaya tumawag para i check kung anong dates na ang pinoprocess ng ganun?

    Guys question din, kasi kapapanganak ko lang so additional dependent ko yung baby ko. Need ko mag file ng form 1022 right? So i.lalagay ko cya sa list of dependents ko, then sa 'new correct details' ilalagay ko 'additional dependnt: ' tama po ba? How about sa 'information no longer current' should i leave it blank?

    technically SSS is not a national ID, dahil hindi naman ito mandatory sa pinas..
    unlike ung ibang country meron talaga silang National ID na dapat meron ang lahat..

    relax.. it's not a big issue..

    master.. pahabol.. eheheh... naguguluhan kac ako ngayon... kaka-engage ko lang kac... ngayon.. plano ko na kac isingit c bf kung pumayag c CO... ang dillemma ko naman... pag d naman pwede isingit c bf sa application ko.. kelangan ko pa rin mag pass ng Form 1022 to inform them of the change in status... sa tingin nyo? isasama ko na ba xa sa application or mauna na lang muna ako tapos tsaka ko na lang xa i-apply pag kinasal na kami?

    continuous ba ang relationship, magkasama ba kayo, kung hindi magkasama, bakit hindi (dahil sa work, or bawal dahil sa religion ng country like islamic countries...etc)..?

    kung pumayag naman si CO, yun nga kalangan mong mag-prepare ng mga evidence/s..
    madali na lang yan kung mga mga picture, relatives/friends kayong pwedeng mag bigay ng statement.. then go for it... para masarap ang yakapan sa land down under.. lol..

    kung mahihirapan kayo magprovide nyan, then magpakasal na agad, yun nga lang medyo mahaba din kasi ang processing ng mga spouse visa at parang may quota yearly..

    yun nga talaga.. pag spousal visa mejo matagal.. d kac kami magkasama sa bahay... you know naman dito sa pinas... against ang parents sa live in... :) heheheh... pero we are always together... we work at the same company ever since.. hahaha... ang dilemma nga is yung pag pass ng form 1022.. kelangan ko din ba magsubmit ng mga pictures para i-prove yung stat change? :)

    OT: jan ka na ba nag-apply sa same company or you made an arrangement with your employer nung nasa US ka pa for transfer jan sa OZ?

    Based ako sa Singapore. Naresearch ko na ang NBI magpapasjed na ako sa embassy. ang question ko lng dun is if kelangan ko pa ipaauthenticate sa DFA.

    Nalodge ko na kasi so di ko na ata mababaho ang details for the parentals. or do you know if pwde pa iyon machange? Sana talaga nagasynment ako before filling out.

    Maraming salamat. medyo may liwanag na. as in di ako mkatulog ng maayos sa kakaisip san ako magsisimula. hehe
