    Hello! While waiting for CO allocation, I read the thread on july 2013 applicants. I read one who claimed 5 points for Australian study requirements and was advised to withdraw the visa and re-submit the EOI. Then I checked the points claimed by my husband. We happened to have the same mistake. I am very worried. Buti sa kanya, the points is more than 60. Ang sa amin, it's exactly 60 included na yung wrong points claimed (for subclass 189). Huhuhu... Though we applied for state sponsorship last July, we didn't wait for the result since we received an invite for subclass 189 earlier. We tried to submit a withdrawal letter via email at [email protected], but the reply is system-generated. I am praying that this will not affect our application later and that our visa payment will be refunded. The fee is quite big for a working Filipino in the Philippines. Help!

    Another thing, if the best move is to forward a withdrawal letter, what is the office where we can forward it, given that we are still waiting for a CO? Thank you.

    @loudandclear kailangan po ng scanned copies, either colored scans of the originals or yung black and white na photocopy ang pinapa CTC then scan as colored yan for uploading as part of your evidences dun sa claim mo na points sa EOI. Sa amin pinacertify ko pa yung IELTS, pero yung sa ACS, colored scan lang inupload ko. :)

    hello @loudandclear. yes, the character evidence refers to NBI Clearance and PCC (Police Clearance) when working abroad. Get these clearances from the countries where you haved stayed at least 1 year within the last 10 years.

    hello sis... so sorey to hear about it... mukhang mahirap yung situation nyo... baka d nyo na mabawi yung nabayad nyo... may chance pa sana i.withdraw yung EOI nyo kahit na may invite... pero since nakabayad na kayo and you paid for the visa subclass 189 and the points claimed did not meet the required 60 points baka malabo nga... but it's still best to ask DIAC. they have an offshore office number... nasa contact us na page. hanapin mo yung per country tapos check mo yung number nka.assign sa philippines. hope this helps.

    Hi! Just an update. We checked with the contact number in Manila but they only cater working visas. Also, we receive an approval for state sponsorship today. Thank God! Do we still need to submit a withdrawal letter? Di ba pwedeng change na Lang ang visa subclass from 189 to 190? Thank you!

    wow.. that's great news sis! with that... you have to ask the CO... baka magawan ng paraan... but you have to ask them na talaga...

    Just an input.. Pag inaccept mo ang SS, hndi ka maiinivite ng state for visa190 dahil naka freeze na ang eoi mo ksi apply kana. So magkaka conflict sa system.

    So you need to withdraw your visa189 application first.. You need to act fast kasi baka mag expire ang SS mo.. Ask mo ang diac agad call mo ang processing center sa Au. Or ask them kug option ba na maggawa k ng bagong Eoi, then yun ang gamitin mo for visa190 while yung isa eh in the process of cancellation..

    MB initials ng sa akin @sharean07. Form 80, proof of income and medical lng sana, kaya ininform namin na wala sa list yung pcc. Peo mauuna ka pa sa akin kasi nag add ako ng dependent, new born kasi kaya i have to wait a month para magka passport yung baby. Isa pa mataas pa rin yung bp ko dala ng pagbuntis. Wag naman sana ma refer.

    Thank you @ lock_code2004! My husband created two EOI since by the time we applied for SS, di daw makita ang old one. He sent a query sa DIAC website kanina. He opens about our case.     @majal hi, with your state sponsorship and without the australian study requirements what is your total score? if it is 60 points and more, I would suggest that you wait for your CO and tell him. supposedly they have a new process for cases like that, that you don't have to withdraw your application.

    @bluemist 55 points only if without Australian study requirements kaya we can only apply for subclass 190 to add 5 points state sponsorship para makaabot ng 60.
