    Ang nakakatampo naman kc saknila kng kelan malapit na ung ontake saka magsasabi kng ano kulang...nakakadepress din..dba?sana before hand masabi na nila ang lacking docs para naman maasikaso agad.

    We have closely scrutinised the nature of the funds from Thrift Savings
    Bank and we are able to consider the funds provided. However, as per
    checking on our system, we note that you have a new Confirmation of
    Enrolment from your education provider. It is indicated in the CoE that
    your course start date will be on 13 January 2014. Please note that we are
    only able to grant your visa on October, which is four months prior to your
    course start date.

    @trinketz_07 - hopefully.... pero sa sinabi nya malamang wala na siguro ako kailangan i send pa sa kanila or whatsoever...at pag grand na lang this october [as i understand it]... Nag panic lang kasi ako kaya pina move ko ng Jan 2014.

    @iheartoz - Siguro eh nakukulitan lang. Wag kayo mahihiyang mag email lagi. Since marami masyado application at di ka nila mapapansin kung hihintayin mo na bunutin nila ung papel na sinend mo.

    @iheartoz - hindi lang ung pag transfer ng funds kasi ung mahirap, ung isang mahirap is making my uncle go back and fort between financial institutions (he's working by the way) tapos after that, meet mo ung bank manager to make the certification, and in the end, he needs to fax them to DIAC. Which is very tedious lalo na sa kanya naman din pera un, at more than the amount being asked.. di lang sila familiar kung ano ang Thrift Savings Plan kung di ko pa nilinaw.

    Advise ko sa lahat is mag follow-up lang kayo. Karapatan naman kasi natin malaman. Eh kung sanang inuupdate lang nila ako, di na ko nag panic pina-move ung pasukan ko ng Jan 2014.. at sana ngayon meron na ako visa.

    @trinketz_07 tama ka... Sana wag nmn nilang gawin un... Pano kung nadisapprove ung visa eh nkapagbayad na sa school... Some schools offer refund as long as hindi pag nag-commence ung pasukan...

    May 31 - applied online at University website
    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    Hi guys! I just want to ask kung sino po ba dito ang may sponsor from the US? kasi i will use my tita from the US to be my sponsor, she is an employee. Ask ko lang kung ano yung mga documents na needed from thr sponsor? i hope someone will reply to this i really need help. thank you in advance!

Preferred po kasi ng school na pagaapplyan ni husband na dapat NAATI accredited ang magtranslate ng diploma nya into English. Nagsearch na po ako sa internet, wala po akong mahanap na NAATI certified translators sa Philippines. Please help para makaproceed na po kami sa application. Tia! God bless to all.. :)

    @ms2189 - my uncle is my sponsor. We submitted his income statements, 2 bank account statements, investment portfolio, Statutory Letter of Financial Support, Contact details of all his financial institutions, He's contact details, provide a detailed way on how will be able to obtain the money from you sponsor from US.

    June 11 - application lodged
    June 17- recieved text msg from DIAC, my application has been received
    June 19- was advised to undergo medical examination with my husband and daughter
    June 28 - Underwent medical examination on NHSI
    July 5 - recieved email from NHSI that my medical result was sent to DIAC

    Sept 6 medical uploaded to DIAC
    Sept 26- personal interview
    until now... waiting...
