One of the companies I worked on will not provide Job Description to Certificate of Employment (COE) due to confidentiality reasons; instead, they will provide a Certificate of Explanation stating that the company does not issue such. However, ACS requires employment references containing Duties/Responsibilities. Has anyone encountered the same situation? What did you do?

Has anyone submitted at least one COE that does not contain a Job Description but given a 'suitable' result?

May work around po yan.

Option
1) Create your own COE print with letterhead ng company mo then let one of your seniors sign it.
2) same as above (option 1) kaso walang letterhead ng company, ask a photocopy ng Company ID ng senior mo then let him sign the COE and the photo copied ID.
3) same as above (option 2) kung ayaw ng company ID ng senior mo, ask for business card instead. Get one have it photo copy and siged it or colored scan mo.

Ginawa ko po yung option 1 and 2. Tinanggap po sa ACS.

Mejo challenging for me to do any of the options since I'm away from the Phil to process it manually. My plan is to do it online or have a representative to do it on my behalf or file a leave on a working day, fly to Ph and process it manually (mejo hassle ito and costly).

Just in case I failed to do any of your options, and just submitted the COE without the Job Desc., (fortunately, two other companies provided Job Desc on my COE), will ACS reject my application and still insist for the Job Desc? or they will still accept it since may Job Desc naman yung 2 other companies ko? (this is just looking at the worst scenario). salamat po:)

To anyone who has gone through submitting a statutory declaration, sufficient na ba yung notarized ng kahit anong law office dito sa Phil? or does it need to be a law office certified by the embassy of Australia?

May nag share kasi sa previous post about Commonwealth and Stat Decs and got me thinking that ACS might be looking for something that will certify that AU or embassy authorities, have a part in it.

Goodluck. Try not to delay anything pag ready na yung documents mo to lodge eoi. Ni-check ko last time, out of 1300+ EOIs for this program year, 1200+ na yung na-invite.
yung remaining, half nun for independent and other half for nominated.
Anyway, kaya yan, use your time wisely!

yup nagrerefresh every year pero my nag post na isang member dito na baka idrop na daw nila un occupation natin sa SOL next year. pero hindi pa naman official, check mo yung thread dito sa pinoyau. anyway, don't loose hope. abot pa yan this year

Yup pag stage 4 na ok na yung docs mo, good to go na yan hehehe pero in some cases parang after ma-assess may hinihingi pa bang docs un case officer before ma finalised. nabasa ko lang sa expatforum, may mga gnun cases.

ask lang po, sa online application form ng acs, nakalagay dun sa relevant experience sa attachment type dalawang klase lang, reference at statutory. under agency po ako dito sa singapore, may generic coe ako from my agency at reference sa senior colleague ko. isang file na lang po ba sila tagged as Reference.pdf? wala kasing customized na mag-add ng attachment type description. TIA.

Ako ginawa ko. Ung generic COE ko nilagay ko as reference. Tapos hiniwalay ko ung statutory declaration. Pinagsama ko sa isang pdf ung stat declaration tsaka ung ID nung colleague ko.

Ibig sabihin po ba nito 10 points lang ang ilalagay ko sa eoi for the degree and sa experience wala kasi after july 2013?

yes your understanding is correct. bakit from july 2013 lang nacredit? ilang years ka na ba nagwowork at anung course mo if you don't mind.

Ano po coarse mo and from what section school mo (if you don't mind)? I noticed kase from previews post dito na diploma karamihan ang binibigay ng ACS sa mga section 2 na schools. I am from section 2 school din kase. iilan lang yung mga nabasa ko na from section 2 schools and bachelor ang binigay.

tanong lang po, i'm planning to have my skills assessed as an Analyst Programmer.

my COE indicates that i did "systems analysis, development and implementation of Information Technology solutions".
just one sentence. is this good enough?

I think dagdagan pa dapat po yan.
Complete job description po dapat kelangan.

Parang pasok po sya dito (excerpt from ACS).

"References need to describe your duties and responsibilities as stated by your employer. Generic job descriptions are not acceptable and will be assessed as not suitable."

I think ... kung old COE yan. Wala ring complete JD. Malamang kukuha parin kayo ng bago.
Pwede po siguro gamitin yan pero kelangan nyo parin kumuha ng complete JD sa ex-colleague mo na higher position than you at that time and still working for the company to vouch for you. IMHO, might as well kuha kana ng bagong COE.

I am planning to submit my ACS requirements by 1st or 2nd week next month. Kailangan ba mag kasunod yung work experiences para ma aaccess ng ACS?

Here's my work history:

Dec 2005 to Aug 2006 - Company A (BPO) - Technical Support (Computer / network support) (Under agency and deployed in company B, indirectly related sa nominated occupation)

Aug 2006 to Sept 2009 - Company B (BPO) Technical Support (Computer / network support) (absorbed by company B, indirectly related sa nominated occupation)

Sept 2009 to July 2010 - Company C (Hindi related sa Nominated occupation)

Nov 2010 to March 2013 - Company D (Telco) Network related job (Directly related sa Nominated occupation)

March 2013 to present - Company E (Telco) Network related job (Directly related sa Nominated occupation)

Yung company A and B ko kase although hindi ganon karelated sa nominated occupation (263111), hoping pa din ako na makicredit cya together with my company D and E.

Meron na ba dito na may Suitable skills assessment like "The following employment from Dec 05 to Aug 06 and employment from Nov 10 to present are considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to ANZSCO Code xxxxxx"?

Sa dami na nang basa ko dito sa forum, parang wala pa akong nakikita na ganito ung assessment. Any input is highly appreciated.

Kailangan ba mag kasunod yung work experiences para ma aaccess ng ACS?
Hindi naman kelangan magkasunod sunod. Hindi lang nila isasama sa exp mo yung hindi related.

Yung sexond na tanong mo. Parang wal ngang butal na final assessment akong nakikita. Pero dun sa pinakita mo company A and B malamang dyan nila ibabawas kung 2 yrs. The start kana mag count for ACS points. Sana nga wag sa 2010 sila mag start.
Antay pa po tayo ng ibang forumers kung ano masasabi nila.
