Tanong ko lang po if kelangan pa ba ng IELTS pag nagpaassess sa VETASSES? Ano po pinili nyo, technical interview or practical demonstration? Nung na hire po kayo ng agency, sino po ngbayad ng mga fees? Sinagot ba ng employer or agency? And how much po ung dapat na offer at kung ano pang dapat na benefits? Libre ba accommodation and food, etc.?
Pasensya na, i'm just inquiring for my brother.

hi cylin,

pagnagpavetasses ka, kelangan lng lahat na work experiences certificate mo. walang ielts kailangan. yung ielts sa pagkuha na ng visa yan at pag 457 visa aaplyan mo excemted ka pag nka straight 5 years ka from hiskul to college. hingi ka lng ng englis as medium certificate sa skul mo.
pareho mong haharapin ang technical interview at praktikal demo. (base on my skills)
ako mo magbabayad.. pero ang kasunduan namin pagpaalis na ako isasama ko sa pagbayad ang vetases fee (80T pesos) sa placement fee ko
sa 457 skilled nsa 28aud per hour dapat ang sahod. ang benefits depende na sa employer.
halos lahat dito sa australia hindi libre ang food.

Pag ba ang status ng medical is "completed" meaning ok na yun?

Dun kasi s online application ko nakalagay "there is no medical examination required as per information....." Kaya nagugulo ako baka nga i did something wrong,.

@esmejeff: chillax lang... based sa immi website ang process is 3months pag sa Pinas manggagaling ang applicant for visa.

15 May 2014- received employment offer
16 May 2014 - signed contract
12 June 2014- submitted all docs through agent
17 June 2014- visa lodge
27 june 2014- med submitted ( NHS Cebu )
17 july 2014 - VISA GRANT!!!!!!! with dependents

Exactly one month lang na approve na. THANKS GOD

Hello Everyone. Bago lang po ako dito and gusto ko sana itry yung 457 visa pero I don't know where to start.

@rii Hi Rii, based sa reply mo, required magpa assess for 457? pero no need na for IELTS? or no need na rin ba ang assessing companies? also, apply and get a job offer ba muna or complete assessments first before applying for a job online?

@aprilcruise, patulong now on san pde mag apply. I'm a security and network engineer and kakalabas lang RPL ko from ACS. Please help on how to apply or seek employer? meron ba link? I heard from my friends na in demand din yung profession namin. My plan is to apply for visa 189 pero mababa yung points ko sa ACS since 6 years yung deducted sa experience ko. Thanks in advance

August 01, 2014 - Visa Granted
September 08, 2014 - Tentative Departure to Melbourne

Will take this chance to ask question na rin. Since hindi na naka-stamp ang Visa ngayon yon lang ba kailangan ko i-present sa IO upon entry sa Australia? I'm currently based in Singapore, mas okay bang ayusin ko na yung OWWA/POEA/Philhealth requirement prior to my departure or pagdating na lang sa Australia?

so need pala talaga na magpa assess ka muna bago ka maghanap ng work online no? nag ielts ka po ba? and ung mga inapplyan mo ba, nakalagay sa listings online nila na may visa sponsorship or apply lang ng apply talaga kahit walang nakalagay na magssponsor sila? Nakakatuwa andame na naaapprove

Sister company po ng current company ko sa SG yung nag sponsor sa ken so parang lalabas relocation lang. No assessment required sinubmit ko lang lahat ng credentials, hindi na rin ako nag ielts dahil na meet yung salary level to be excempted.

By the way, tumawag na ko sa Philippine Embassy sa Singapore ang advise sa ken since i will be departing from SG at uuwi naman ako ng Pinas sa December pag uwe ko na lang daw i-process yung OWWA membership.

@msr if 457 visa ang target mo, no need mag pa assess, only thing to do and secure is makakuha ka ng company here in Australia na will hire and sponsor you a 457 visa. Processing of 457 visa takes only 2 weeks to 3 months, so apply lang ng apply

@msr hmmm honestly speaking di ako nag apply!
swerte lang talaga ako kasi meron headhunter no kumontak sa akin through linkedin.
Meron daw siya client at match daw ung experience and skills ko sa hinahanap ng client niya kaya ayun ng arrange sila ng interview conducted at Singapore while I am still in Philippines. And the rest is history!

hi guys, question po re 457 visa. required po ba talaga na dumaan sa assessment ang applicant kahit na ok lang and approved na sa employer kahit wag na? If the employer hires you even with limited experience, will it be an issue with immigration?

sa pagkakaintindi ko and mga naririnig ko ay wala namang assessment. The sponsoring company will nominate you you under 457 visa. Basta nasunod lang ung procedure as per immi site ok na yun. Usually mgfifill up ka lng ng forms tapos submit na kai immi.
