    @kelly - may mga questions kasi sa application, bkt gusto nyo tumira sa regional.. like un nga a) may mga job opportunity ba dun ang skills nyo,
    b) ang mga school ng anak if ever meron ba?
    c) environment/community?

    so normally ang ginagawa ng iba, nag titingin ng mga job sites specific sa skills nyo sa mga regional areas na nabanggit..
    research nyo din ang cost of living sa region na un..para may idea kayo..
    sympre ang isasagot nyo is, mas mura ang cost of living, mas tahimik ang community para sa family lalo na sa mga anak nyo.. etc..

    question: hind ba ksama sa bayad sa agent nyo ang mga yan? i mean ung application ksama ung mga researches?

    1) papipiliin ka ng 3 regions na gusto mo, tapos explain why? -answer can be ; lower cost of living, tahimik, good place for raising/starting a family...
    2) how you researched the region? - sbihin mo nagbasa ka ng mga blog, forum, information from mga friends...
    3) job evidence - normally you can search sa mga jobsite.. save mo ang ilang mga ads..

    hindi ko kasi alam kung ang agent mo ang magfll-up ng application form including ung mga essays eh.. try mo open ung online application sa WA, tapos fill-up ng mga dummy data...

    @kelly - yes.. online ang application nila, including payment.. kaya mabilis lang.. wala ng docs na kailangang i-courier.. online application kaya mabilis din ang decision...

    so mabilis lang pala ng decision nyan no? may chance ba na nag rereject ang application?
    may idea ka ba kng how many months ang approval nman ng 475 visa?

    @kelly - kung nasa SOL, okay ang ielts, wala nmng reason na ma reject..

    check mo itong timeline ni @sohc - 475 SS din sya.. in 2 weeks after lodging sa DIAC may CO agad sila.. so ideally wala pang 1 month pwede na maapprove lahat including med & PCC...

    Kasama po sa agent fee yung research about dun sa state that you are applying for the SS. Yung sakin po kasi yung agent ko yung gumawa then pina check lang nya sakin. Mostly about lang din naman para malaman lang ng state na nag research ka sa kanila and medyo malaman mo yung background about the state. PM mo po ako kung gusto mo ng copy para sa format nung ginawa ng agent ko para may reference ka. Pero dapat agent talaga gaagwa nyan.

    @kellymacato Sige po try ko i send sayo mamaya yung file. 1350Aud lang po yung payment ko sa agent ko. pinay sya pero Oz citizen na.Sa ACT sy nakabased. Wala pa po akong CO. Antay pa din.

    hi peeps, not sure kung related pa to sa topic..pero andito nako sa Australia since feb 2, 2012. Visa ko is subclass 475. Recognised din ako ng Engineers Australia as a Professional Engineer (CIvil Engr) pero hindi ako makakuha ng trabaho. Prefer nila lagi is minimum 2 years local experience. Kaya medyo magulo yung saying na skill shortage for civil engineers dito. Anyway, i guess alam nadin ng lahat na restricted to regional areas lang yung Subclass 475. Fortunately, may natanggap ako Job offer as a civil engineer..kaso nga lang is sa Perth. The company mentioned na may kakilala daw sila na kaparehas ng visa ko and nakiusap na lang sa immigration since wala talaga sila makuha work sa allowed areas ng visa nila and eventually pinayagan daw sila..I hope meron dito sa forum na to na may same experience and sana totoo nga to para naman magkaroon nako ng work. mag 3 months nako walang work and paubos na budget..hope to hear from you guys.. thanks!

    @engr_alds Hirap naman nyan.hehe. Pare pareho tayo 475 visa dito. sana nga payagan ka para gagaya rin kami sayo pag nagkataon. :D Pero ako kung mga 1 month wala pa ko mahanap na work na pareho ng work ko ngayon e kahit ano na lang work dyan kahit di related sa occupation ko kukunin ko na.Hehe. Hirap kaya ng wala kang work dyan.

    Ask ko lang if 475 relative sponsored required ba na yun occupation is nasa SOL ng state kun nasaan yun relative mo?
