Hi. I applied for Skilled Independent (Subclass 175) last June 2009. It only got moving again Jan2014 and in the span of that 5 years, I got married (2010) and had one child (2012). So now, my case officer is asking for supporting documents for my husband and child, like passport and birth certs.
Ask ko lang po kung part na ba sila ng i-c-consider for the visa approval? My impression is that only my credential will be considered kasi as a single status naman ako nag-apply. Then I'll just for family petition when I get there.
Sorry if I have weird questions, my agent Christoper Buenaventura from Nexus Immigration (http://www.nexusimmigration.org/) is no longer replying to me. He no longer renewed na daw kasi his license as an agent kaya he can't answer Independentt Visa questions. Pang student visa na lang daw hawak nya. Haaay.

Until the visa is not yet approved you can still change/add dpendents.. Example biglang nabuntis at nanganak ang asawa..
