    @joestrummer @lock_code2004 oo nga iniisip ko rin un..pero tinitignan ko din yung possibilities ng nomination occupation list kasi pag sa EA almost meron SNOL sa bawat states. second yung sa TRA medyo konti lang. ano bang magandang gawin? medyo lito rin ako..kasi by this week magpapasa na ako sa TRA na docu.

    Depends on the occupation you are wishing to be assessed on. After all the objective is have that positive outcome on the assessment and for me, I'll go for that assessing authority who is responsible for the occupation that is perfect for my educational qualifications and work experience. Just out of curiosity, ano nga bang occupation niyo idol?

    Hello guys!!! ask ko lang regarding sa pagpapa-assess

    Pwede bang mag pa-assess sa dalawang assessing authority? TRA at EA? both nominated kasi yung skills ko sa parehong authority.
    It's costly if dalawa & bakit ba?
    I'll give you a clue kasi it happened na sa EA ako while my friend sa TRA. Napansin namin mas madami & more detailed ang requirements sa EA.
    You can compare also the cost.
    Compare too their committed turnaround time.
    Bottomline, it's your choice po.

    @joestrummer oo nga eh confuse ako kasi halos pareho yung work description sa parehong authority. 312511 at 312512 sa EA yung 312511 Mechanical engineering draftperson at 312512 naman eh sa TRA Mechanical engineering technician eh yang dalawang occupation na yan eh pareho sa trabaho ko ngayon. tyka sa education almost same din kaya medyo napapaisip ako..kasi nga yung sa availability ng occupation list ng MET eh 3 states lang samantalang almost 4 namn sa MED. sabi rin ng classmate ko asa SA na sya ngyon sa TRA sya na mabusisi ang sa EA.

    @IslanderndCity Thanks bro. ianiisip ko rin na na ang importante eh as long na makapasok sa AU kahit anung states pde ako..tama ka sa EA eh matgal ang process at maraming docu sa TRA namn eh konti lang..

    and by the next few months namn eh mabago na SNOL ng bawat states at magkaroon ng MET. I know na God will make a way....

    Sana matulungan nyo po ako.
    I have a friend na gusto din makapunta dito sa australia, specifically sa victoria. and tingin ko 189 or 190 visa ang pwede sa kanya. ECE licensed sya from Phils. pero ang work experience nya ay construction related job. may pagka project engineer sa maynilad for 4 years. iniisip ko lang kung mabibigyan sya ng EA ng point for skillselect later both sa education and work experience nya kht hindi related and dalawa? or hindi nya maaabot ang 60 mark? pls help us gusto ko lang tlga sya matulungan? at ano ang dapat nyang gawin.

    @lester_lugtu kapag positive yung result ng assessment, nakalagay sa result kung comparable ba sa degree or diploma or associate degree. therefore, pag nirecognise ng assessment body na comparable sa AQF Degree, then 15 points pwede nia maclaim. From my understanding, yes pde maclaim ng friend mo both work and educational qualification.

    Doon po sa mga nakapag-submit na ng CDR sa EA, mga ilang days before nyo na-receive through snail mail yung acknowledgement receipt with CID?

    2 weeks na kasi today since makita ko na nag-charge yung assessment fee sa credit card ko, pero wala pa akong natatanggap na sulat from EA..

    @mistakenidentity, halos sabay pala tayo, nag submit ako Jan12, na recieve ng EA Ja 15 or 16..sana ok naman lahat, kung 19 weeks mga end of may ang labas ng EA, sana wala naman problema :) goodluck sa atin :)

    Sept 2013 - Wife IELTS ( L:7.0 R:7.0 W:6.5 S:6.5 )
    Oct 12 2013 - Hubby IELTS (( L:7.0 R:6.0 W:6.5 S:6.5 )
    Dec 18, 2013 - Wife EA assessment recieved date
    Jan 15, 2014 - Hubby EA assessment recieved date
    April 11, 2014 - Wife recieved email from EA that nomination will change form Plant Engineer to Electronics Engineer
    April 14, 2014 - EA acknowledgement Receipt on the additional EA assessment fee due to old form was used
    April 30, 2014 - Wife Recieved positive results from EA ( Electronic Engineer, 8+ years )

    @wizardofOz, send ka po ng email to engineersaustralia, dapat within a week may na recieve ka na letter ng acknowlegement , nakalaga sa letter yung CID number..nangyari yan kay misis wala sya na recieved na ack'd letter so nag email sya then sumagot naman si EA nag ack'd si EA na na recieve nila at ibinigay ang CID number..di daw sila nag reresend ng mail..i confirm mo din kay EA yung address at postal code na ginamit mo kung tama..kung nagkaltas na sa credit card na recieved na nila yun, kailangan mo lang ng CID number at confirm mo yung address at postal code na ginamit mo kung tama para ma correct para sa pag send nila ng result..

    09/16/14: Requested EA for a Duplicate Letter (Original Outcome Letter lost during mail delivery to PH)
    09/21/14: Duplicate Assessment Letter received (Finally!!)
    09/21/14: EOI Lodged (70 pts)
    09/22/14: Invited to lodge Skilled - Independent (Subclass 189) visa
    09/23/14: Obtained Overseas PCC
    09/29/14: Obtained NBI Clearance
    10/12/14: Lodged application - Visa Subclass 189
    10/12/14: Uploaded docs
    10/20/14: Medicals Done

    1-Aug - Lodged Visa 189 application (w/ wife and 2 kids)
    14-Aug - All Medicals Cleared
    22-Sep - Uploaded last doc (SG COC)
    9-Oct - Assigned CO - Adelaide T4 (Sent requested SG PCC which I already uploaded last Sep22)
    10- Oct - Visa Grant! Thank you Lord!

    From my own experience po, if you want to email EA, do it immediately kasi hindi sila magreply agad. Pero mabait naman pag nagreply na

    Achieved Goal: Australia PR (Permanent Resident). Thanks God!
