The room is semi-furnished (w double bed, and beddings) and can suit one person or a couple.

You'll be living with a nice couple :- )

The house: 3-bedroom, 1 toilet and bathroom, 2-car carport, and fully furnished, so you can move in anytime!

PM me if interested. The cost is $650 per month, and utilities and miscellaneous common expenses split equally).

Hi guys, I've been asked if I will consider short-term (in the vicinity of 2-3 months). I will, but ibig sabihin nito ay kailangan uli naming maghanap ng kasama after ikaw ay umalis which w will be a problem for us. So for short-term, it will be $195 a week or $850 pcm.
