all girls kc kami d2 kaya we prefer single female ladies only... pero just in case wala kami mahanap n housemate by end of july we might consider temporary accomodation for families...

Are you new to Melb? Do you want to do share house in Clayton or rent a one-bedder? I reckon if you are going to rent a studio or one bed in Clayton it would cost you around 220-250AUD per week.
If you want to buy a property, maybe try considering other places than Clayton. It depends on your budget. Most Filipinos live in the outer suburbs in West, North, Northwest and Southeast where house prices are cheaper. Always remember that prices on the east, south, south east are way more expensive than in West and North.
Technically, we do not have flooding and other major disaster here aside from bushfire which is only common if you are living in the outer suburbs or regional areas. I guess if you are looking for houses, try Point Cook (West), heaps of Filos there and it is one of the closest new land developments to the city.
