@ArvieP actually di na rin ako umaasa sa retake...and yung last exam ko eh di rin ako sure sa listening and speaking... baka mag retake din ako kahit na 7 each band oks na sakin den mag ss nlng ako by july... goodluck po!makukuha din natin yang AU visa!

Hello all,

Just got my results. I sat the May 17 exam from BC Manila.
I got: L=7.5, R=8.5, W=7.5 and S=6.5

One tip: NEVER NEVER underestimate the power of GOOD HEALTH when taking the exam!!

I knew I will fail the speaking exam. I'm not really happy with my performance that time. If I could only turn back time. Hays! Sayang..

Also, siguro may pagka generous si examiner ko. Kasi as in I only spoke for about less than a minute lang yata in my Speaking Task 2 eh.. I will not go for a remark.. I'm not confident na may mababago.. Lol

try niyo po pagbaliktarin yung birthdate niyo, for example your actual birthday is May 2, then input niyo sa system as date=05, month=02..

Yan ang advise sakin ng BC kasi kanina hindi ko rin maview yung result ko..

@sonsi_03 ang gara lang.. dati 6.5 ako sa reading, naging 8.5 ngayon.. tas dating 7.5 sa speaking, 6.5 nalang ngayon.. Kakapanghinayang lang diba..

@thegreatiam15 baka hindi na ko magparemark, kasi talaga sablay ang speaking ko. haha aminado naman ako. Lol pero we'll see.. i'll seek advise kay sir ervin..

@filipinacpa thanks for the advise but I guess it doesn't work for IDP takers because it specifies the month rather than just the digit. Any IDP takers saw their results yet?

if i were you i will take the risk of remarking. They might give you considerations and no one can really tell the outcome unless you try it. Its a small cost compared to the possible good news and what ifs/regrets. At the same time be ready to focus on next IELTS battle. Goodluck

medyo malungkot ako kasi finocus ko lahat nang diskarte paano iimprove reading which is maganda results pero d ako nagfocus sa listening at speaking writing at reading lang nireview ko medyo kinapos pa

siguro gawa nang hand writing ko or may hinahanap pa sila na mas matindi sa writing, anyway sobrang ok na ako ill try remarking at the same time papasched na ako habang mainit init pa knowledge base ko. hehe

Yup. Thats exactly i will do aswell. Unless you have really financial constraints, then no point of prolonging your agony. The earlier the better. Your focus and momentum is still there. Konting tweaks and adjustments nlang. Mahirap mag back to zero ulit sa preparations

tapos parehas desirable yung grades alin dito magpeprevail?

Kahit ano. Ikaw bahala pumili ng gusto mo. Pero kung maka 8 ka lahat sa bagong ielts eh di un syempre hehehe

Yeah, that's why they said the results will be available by the 29th due to their team building. But, maybe there were changes so I guess we will just have to wait for it. God bless to us all!

S- 7.5
Overall- 8.0

Thank you Lord for the good results. Not bad for a first-timer and for only a week of self-review while having a vacation.

Hi all! I just want to ask if you already received your TRF (May17 IDP takers)? I'm from Cagayan de Oro so I guess I have to wait longer than the usual 13 days, right?
