thanks opfret! another one..if I was able to get an Employer Reference from my previous company..would I still need to provide supporting docs like payslips, ITR, contract etc? or is the Employer Reference enough on its own?

thanks batobats! The ACS checklist states: Online PDF copy of vendor qualifications with noted login in and password. So you have to give them your login id and pw in the vendor site? Also, any recommended notary publics in the Makati area? Do I have to choose an expensive one to be sure?

@angela not sure on that, I did not submit any vendor qualification but I still got my results. Unless, you mean training certificates/qualifications which can be verified online. My friend recently lodged an application in ACS and there is no mention of this in his document checklist.
On notary public, make sure they are real notary publics with contact numbers in case that ACS or DIAC will verify

Hindi po siya requirement, if meron lang po kayo. One example vendor qualifications na I used na meron kogin and pwd is yun MCP. If yunang meron ka ibig sabihin,ang ni ACS hindi mo na kailangan isubmit yun certificate, accessna lang sa transcript mo.

Thanks @batobats and @bryann. I just tried having my docs notarized today and i encountered a lot of problems. Magkaiba pala yung 'notarized' and 'certified'. Medyo nalito lang ako. For photocopies of original docs, I need to have them certified as "Certified True Copy of Original". Pero what about original docs? For ex, I'm gonna send ACS the original Employer Reference doc I got. Since it's not a photocopy, I don't need it to be certified as a true copy of orig. But do I still need to have it notarized? (since ACS checklist says to send certified documents)

@angela yung photocopies ang kelangan ipa-CTC tapos yun din ang isesend sa ACS. keep the original, gagamitin mo din yan sa DIAC

aah..kasi i got multiple copies of my Employer Reference and other certificates. So even if I give the original to ACS, I still have 1 original left for DIAC. Sayang kasi yung bayad for CTC if I have spare originals naman. I think I get it now.:) Thanks!:)

I sent an original Employment Reference and ACS emailed me asking for a certified true copy. I replied pointing out that it was an original and they said something to the effect of, "Oh yea that's right. No problem then."

I've just submitted my ACS Online application and it was successful. However, I did not get a confirmation email. It's not in my Inbox nor in my Spam folder. I was planning to send the hard copies this wkend but now I can't since a printout of the confirmation email is required.:( Has anybody else experienced this before?

Now worried na ako ngayun, kase yung iba na grant na ang ACS nila within 2 weeks pero yung sa akin almost 1 month na wala pa rin ang result. next week mag one month na siya. Ngayun nasa stage 4 pa rin....

pwede ba mag followup inquiry sa CO at this early stage?

@tophet ok pa yan, 3 months naman time nila so I guess mas marami lang applicants ngayon kesa Q1 this year

@angela Since you finalized your online application on a weekend, wait until Monday (that's today!) or anytime this week for the confirmation email. Anyway, ang kailangan mo naman i-submit ay yung signed Application Form na you can print from the Skills Application Status page.

@tophet Chillax. Kung may CO ka na at wala namang hinihinging additional docs, anytime this week may result na yan. Yung sa akin exactly one month and two days bago na-finalize.

yup, called them this morning. accdg daw sa records nila nasend nman though wala tlga ko nareceive so just asked them to resend it. this time ok nmn so i was able to ship docs out today. hopefully results don't take too long...july 1 is fast approaching!

Hello po... I got my doc copies CTCd already. But later I realised that I am re-missed of one requirement for CTCd document. Walang address or contact detail ng notary public.

It's just composed of four parts:
1. Paragraph that states that the copy has been examined against the original.
2. Current Date
3. "Certified True Copy"
4. Notary Public name, registration, license, validity of Authority.

Tama na po ba to? Meron ba kayong alam na recent cases na tinanggap yung mga ganitong format for CTC? I need to make sure if I need to create copies again and have them CTCd.

Restating my question... I hope someone on this thread can help me....

Hello po, with regards to certified documents... I noticed eto yung requirements

- The words “Certified True Copy of the Original”
- The original signature of the certifying person
- The name, date & provider or registration number or designation (eg: Police Officer) of the certifying person legibly printed with the signature.

And yung reminder:
- The ACS is unable to accept:
- Photocopies of certified copies
- If the certifying officers identity is unclear or the certifier’s contact details are not legible

San po ba pwede magpacertifiy na kompleto yan lahat? Kase yung mga napuntahan ko walang address and phone number yung stamps nila - just their license/ registration info.

@angela Hi angela, may I know where did you get your documents CTCd please? This would be a big help for me. I already got my docs CTC but noticed that the stamps don't have the Notary Public's Address and Contact details. Yung sa iyo ba meron? Please do share, Makati area lang din ako nagwowork. salamat.

@JohnAEB itry mo ibalik kung san ka nagpa-CTC stamp lang naman yun ng address and contact details ng law office or notary public. sabihin mo kelangan kasi ng address for verification, since nagbayad ka na dati paki-usapan mo na lang na wala ng extra bayad kesa magpa-CTC ka pa ulet sa iba dagdag bayad pa

@tootzkie help naman.pag magpapagawa ba ko ng reference letter sa immediate supervisor ko kailangan may letterhead ng company or kahit plain paper lang but supported xerox ng company ID ng supervisor ko. fi rin kasi ko makakuha ng detailed COE from HR
