I've got 2 vacant rooms for rent. $150 per week per room, including utilities and internet. 5min walk to the bus station (bus station to train - 14min; train station to city - 35min). Travel time from house to the city is about 1hr 7min via public transpo.
- must be clean
- no pets
- no smoking
- must pay on time

Is the room still available? We are 2 female looking for a place to stay. We'll be arriving on the 1st week of July. My job is located at CBD. ok lng po ba ung travel na 1 hour? what about if u are driving, gaano po katagal?
one more thing, Ask ko lng po $150 is per room not per person?
