As those are original documents from the university, they should be enough for submission...

    Cheers!

You only need to notarize documents that are photocopied in "black and white". If it's an original or a "color scan", then no need. did they specify that you submit originals? kasi usually hindi na binabalik yan so it's better to submit color scan or notarized copies- they are effectively the same. Anyway like you said you have three copies of each so maybe you can let go of one or two copies. but what about employment certificates? best friend mo cguro HR kung binigyan ka rin ng 3 original copies :-bd in my case ang pina notarize ko lang e ung payslips ko kasi black and white ung original :D

I've checked migration skills assessment booklet, scan color is acceptable. In page 15 section 3.4, it mentions "you must provide documentary evidence (originals or certified copies). So I believe scan color should be fine.

'Though not specifically mentioned that scan color is allowed (I mean based sa nabasa ko lang), but I think should be fine just like an original doc...

if you produce a copy (whether colored or not) of your documents for submission to your assessing authority, hindi na yun original.. therefore kahit scan colored dapat pa ring ipa-ctc..

Ditto.

:D if that will make you sleep better ika nga e huway not. cheers.

@firebar10, base sa site nila, ang kailangan daw ay certified copies (CTC'd).

    http://www.vetassess.com.au/migrate_to_australia/qa2_required_documents.cfm

I have no idea whether 'ribbonized' documents are equivalent to CTC. :)

    Help po.

Currently in ksa but would have to ask mother in law in the Philippines to do the ctc of the docs for us. (Apparently embassy doesn't do it anymore)

Plan is to send copies of the docs and do an spa for her. Will this be ok? Or we would have to personally do it?

    Thanks.

@j0wnaGurl no need for SPA. Original documents must be there as the Notary Public will ask for that; unless if politician-attitude alike si Notary public (u know what I mean :))... Kaya tinawag na certified true copy (ctc).
