@imxelyn @nmms123 Hello! When i sponsored my husband last year, wala naman specific amount of money na nirequire. Wala din sya sa requirements. I think as long as may work ka, yun ang important. We did not provide any bank statements.

From what I read in the immigration website, 'No Further Stay' conditon can be waived in exceptional circumstances. And you cannot apply any other visas in this condition. Try to ask a migration agent to be sure.

@zyahoo If friend, best to indicate na 3 months. Mas malaki un chance to get visa approval. And depende din sa mga evidences, that 3 months can be 6 or 12 with multiple entry if sufficient un funds na pinakita.
