Hi @antonio_syd, i have never come accross about a health waiver but whatever the cost involved, maybe you can speak with your employer and signed a contract with them (just between you and them) that you will pay for it.
@danyan2001us, Sponsored family stream ba?
Dapat yata sabay mother in law and sister in law.
Others can probably give you input. Pero kung sponsored family, either sabay application or wait until the 1st one has returned to PH.

@aanover lodge mo agad PR application mo as soon as your employer has the transaction or reference number. Pwede naman yun kahit wala pa decision ung application ni employer.
Mine was the same except I applied on temporary transition. I was with th…
@marcialjr, yes pwede.
Just go to H&R Block or any tax accountant. Bring copy of visa and payg summary from the employer.
Sa super naman, pwede lang kapag nasa PH na.
@gio84 you can't have "working visa" if you don't have sponsor/employer. Your employer should meet DIBP's requirement to become sponsor and your occupation should also appear in the CSOL.
@mrs_dum your speaking score is noticeably low and there could a lot of reason:
- you speak in very low voice kaya hindi ka masyado maintindihan ng software
- pronunciation of words
- use of "fillers" (ahhh, uhmm etc)
- noise in the background (if t…
@mariechelle, are you over 25 na? yes pwede na ung. just bring a copy of your visa as well. If you are over 25, you will need to hold your L licence for 1 yr before you can take your practical (open license).

@iyah17 this will depends on your circumstance. More than just your current job, there are other things na icoconsider nila - how much money you have in your account, where are you going to stay, which cities you will be visiting, purpose of going t…
@Ileene keep an eye on his workmate's application. The first one takes the longest. Kapag na-approve na yung sponsorship and nomination nya, mabilis na ung nomination sa second employee.
@tooties You mean po another 1-2 years experience pa po? as of now po meron na sya 2yrs on january2016 experience as a cook po same restaurant. Yung pinagwowork po nya may nauna na po inisponsor same lahi po nila na student visa din na chinese. Kay…
@Ileene lucky you, sa QLD sobrang konti lang na nasa list. But yes, if it's in the list give it a try. A lot of people find 190 application quicker than 189. I could be wrong.
Kung hindi kayo pwede sa 189/190 your other option is to get sponsorship …
@Ileene pwede naman 189. You can't apply for 190 as this requires state sponsorship which is very unlikely to appear in the Skilled Occupation Lists ng state/territory where you wish to seek nomination from.
Yung chef occupation, hindi pwede sa tak…
