Hello y'all! I would like to ask po regarding this kind of visa po? Kasi I've been on a lot of website wala po ako makita na accurate na mga list of requirements regarding this visa. Thank you po sa mga sasagot po ;-)

Ito yung requirements na pina pa fill up namin sa mga ka-pamilya namin pag meron kaming pinapapunta dito sa AU ...

1. Fill up Application form ( https://www.border.gov.au/Forms/Documents/1419.pdf )
2. Passport photo
3. Payslip ( if any ) -- evidence to access of funds
4. Bank Statement ( if possible ) -- evidence to access of funds
5. Certificate of Employment ( if possible ) -- evidence that you will come back to PH
6. Passport - evidence of identity
7. A letter of Invitation or support if you have relative or friend in AU - this is also a evidence to access of funds
8. NSO Birth certificate - i guess this is evidence of identity
9. Application Fee ( you need to call them to ask )

ang tanong mo ba kung anong isusubmit mong requirements kung un-employed ka ?

i submit mo lang po kung ano ang meron ka , kung wala e d no choice ka ... i guess you cannot submit item #3 and #5

if you are asking the chances of getting a tourist visa for being un-employed is very hard to say .. it will all depend if you can satisfy the immigration department

dati yung kapatid ko ... walang trabaho walang pera sa bank account pero meron kaming letter of invitation and support na approve naman , meron dito datin merong perang konti sa bank account na deny ( not sure yung ibang details ) .. at meron ding nag post dito dati na merong 100 or 50k na approve so its a case to case basis

@criselvillares Form 1149 will need to be filled out by your sponsor who is based in AU and visa will be processed in AU.

@criselvillares you can only do either. If one of your family members (who is in Aus) is sponsoring you then she will need to lodge it here in Aus. You don't have to do anything. Visa will be issued in oz and your family can forward visa details to you via email.
If you want to do it in PH then you need to lodge it yourself and have your family send all the supporting docu to you.
Ano situation mo? May sponsor ka ba? uncle or auntie, kapatid?

Share ko alng din based on experience (hopefully makatulong)

If you are employed outside of AU (Parents, siblings, relatives and friends of someone in AU), you can apply TV Tourist stream, at malaki chance na ma-grant ang visa kung may invitation letter from relative/ friend in AU stating na they will accomodate and support you while in Australia. Same requirements kagaya ng nabanggit ni @JCsantos. Pwedeng ikaw na magprocess ng application or pwede rin naman relative/ friend in AU ang magpprocess gamit ang kanilang immiaccount.

Kung ikaw naman ay unemployed, may chance pa rin na ma-grant ang visa as long as hindi gaanong matagal ang intended vacation sa Australia. Yun nga lang kailangan ay family sponsored stream ang path na kelangan iapply. Meaning you will need someone in Australia na magssponsor sayo at kelangan din nila magfill up ng form1149. They also need to be an Australian PR for at least 2years minimum stay in AU. Sa case ng sister ko, 1 1/2years pa lang kaming PR pero nagrant naman dahil cguro ay 2weeks lang naman syang magbakasyon dito. Kelangan din ng magssponsor sayo ng AU dollar amounting to at least 5000 - 15,000 as bond, pero sa case ulit namin at di na rin ako hiningan ng bond.

Subclass 600 Tourist stream - no need to fill up form 1149.

Subclass 600 Family sponsored - need to submit form1149, at least minimum of 2 years stay as PR in Australia. And also may possibility na hingan ng bond (which is refundable once the visitor left AU).

@clickbuddy2009 ilang week na approve j ng visa after lodgement? Interesting to know lalo bago system ng application ngayon. I am planning to lodge my sis SC 600 wala sya time e lol

Hi @gerohn, for my mom's SC600 tourist stream, it took exactly 1 month from lodgement to approval. For my sister's SC600 family-sponsored stream, I think around 35 days.

Tumawag kasi ako sa VFS sabi nila na ung magssponsor daw mag pprocess ng TV for me.

@criselvillares, yes tama. You will need to get your auntie to lodge the application. There maybe some documents that you will need to complete but everything else will be done in AUS. Depende sa case officer, he/she may ask for bond sa auntie mo. When visa is issued, your auntie will be the first person to know. Just get your auntie to forward you an email copy of visa and that's all you need when you travel.

Ask ko lang if may residency requirement ba ang host na gagawa ng letter of invitation para sa cousin ko na gusto mag holiday vacation dito sa Sydney? Kasi 3 months pa lang kami dito at kaka-start ko pa lng magwork (1 week pa lng). Thx sa reply nyo

@criselvillares answer may be too late but your sponsor should be up to 3rd degree of consanguinity, that is for the family-sponsored stream, and sponsor should be the one applying for your tourist visa.
