@sallylavalle I gave1000php. I asked my mom to call her as soon as the mail is tagged as delivered in Manila. Ms. Sandra is nice enough to even inform my mom that there is an excess of 100+ on the amount I gave.

@sallylavalle did the same thing and got my NBI clearance from Ms. Sandra also. I gave extra cash though so that she can send it through DHL rather than snail mail.
