Hi guys,

first time namen magrerent on our own. we have no idea pano isetup ang utilities and ano yung mga cheaper options. Nung last time kasi nameng nainspect yung unit, we need to setup pa daw yung electricity, gas, water and of course internet. Sydney based po kame.
Hope you guys can share your experience (especially the cheaper options) . Would also appreciate if you can point me to the right thread as well.. :)

Salamat in advance!

eujn, dami kasi pagpipilian na internet provider at electricity. Normally yong tubig built in na I mean di kasama sa ipa connect. All you have to do is call the provider you want then they will tell you what to do. Madalas they will ask initial payments and IDs, tapos i schedule na yong connections. Good luck.

    Just a tip:
Shop around, may mga providers na nagoofer ng discounts if you do the application online and some give discounts if you do direct debit for the bills.
With the internet, ask friends/people from the neighbourhood kung ano yung ginagamit nilang provider. May mga provider kasi na hindi maganda yung reception sa selected area/s. Compare the plans offered as well.
Madali lang magpaconnect dito sa Au. Ibang iba sa way natin sa Ph.

thanks sa reply guys.. been spending time reading through some reviews. pansin ko lang.. ung mga major provider, andaming bad reviews.. hahah.. may nabasa ako, kung minsan, daw mas maigi pang tignan yung usage fee instead of yung discounts kasi at the end of the day, yung usage naman daw ang imemeasure.. hmmm.. nakakalito din talaga..
@Cassey , btw, you mean pag bad reception is kung minsan nawawalan ng electricity or gas?

New SimplyStall Mobile App!

Hi everyone!

I'm very happy to announce PinoyAu Forum's new app called "SimplyStall" . It's a new Gumtree like service for Pinoys in Australia but in a way better!

So if you have any items just collecting dust? Why not convert it to cash?

If you are selling new items or products or wish to give an item away for free then this might be a good avenue for you.

This project is a new initiative to unify and have a common portal for Pinoys in Australia to sell and share stuffs.

It's now available on Google Play and Apple App Store.

Please do try it out. I'd appreciate if you can help me spread the good news and start selling your old or new stuffs.
