Newly built house. Rent includes internet, water, electricity, gas and supply of rice. Families are welcome to inquire. Has helped families settle in Melbourne since 2011. House is 20 min to the cbd by train, 20 min from Airport,15 min walk to train, 5 min walk to bus. Includes queen bed and table. Inclusive of use of laundry and kitchen equipment.
