- IELTS, depende sa occupation/assessing agency
- yes kung wla sa SOL/CSOL hindi kayo ma-invite to apply, and therefore walang chance magka VISA under the SKILLED VISA... so it's useless to apply for skills assessment and/or IELTS...

I have a question regarding sa pag fill-up ng EOI at sa mga required documents na pwedend hingin ng CO in the future.
I am now separated from my husband bpero hindi pa kami annulled. Ano ang dapat kong ilagay sa EOI, married pa din ba o separated na? Second, what are the documents I need to present sa CO to prove na separated na kami? Salamat po sa mga sasagot at ng maliwanagan po ako. Godbless po!

- yung mga iba po nabasa ko, they provided affidavit (notarized) na separated na, pero hindi pa annulled.. nilagay nilang reason dahil mahal at mahaba ang process ng annullment sa pinas..
- kailangan din mag sign yung spouse, na nag-agree sya na hiwalay na kayo, na hindi sya sasama sa application mo sa AU.. at kung may anak kayo, na ikaw ang may custody sa bata..

Follow-up question lang po, what if na provide ko yung affidavit with signatories. I fofollow-up pa rin kaya nun ng CO? Anong mga verification kaya ang pwede nilang gawin?

now to what extent, we wouldn't know.. possibleng tawagan nila ang ex-husband nyo..
but kung nagsign naman sya na okay sa kanya.. then walang problema..
