    @kata: There is no specific format, even for font type and size :) Just make sure it is done IN YOUR OWN WORDS, they don't like copy and paste from the internet. You can also put in the websites that you took your information from (ex...For a 1 bedroom apartment in the CBD area, I looked at www.realestate.com.au and I estimate the cost to be about $xxx p/w plus utilities). Basically, they want to know if you know where to look for the information and you have ballpark figures of the costs.

    Hi Ronald kung nagsisimula pa lang kayo at sakto pa lang ang budget. May mga nabibili mga slighly used o good condition na furniture sa may Mugga-Lane-tip. Kailangan nyo ng sasakyan para makarating dun. Mas maganda kung may ute vehicle kayo para kung may magustuhan kayo na furniture like cabinet or tv stand puede nyo na bilhin.

    arrived kami canberra last aug 6. stay kami now sa temp acomodation provided ng company. pero need lumipat by 2nd week ng sept. so hanap me malapit sa mawson primary.

    tanong ulit....maiinit ba pag summer dito to the point need ng aircon? me mga unit kasi na di specified kum meron a/c. in case, meron bag nabibilhan ng portable a/c and heater combination na mura. nag check ako sa harvey online medyo mahal eh.....

    start looking in www.allhomes.com.au sa rent ng house.

    Kung sa Mawson ka sa Chifley nman ako malapit lang.

    Mainit din ang summer dito may time na di ka makatulog sa taas ng humid kahit may electric fan. Pero minsan lang nman yun. Pabago bago nman ang temperatura dito kaya kung sakali humid ngayun kinabuksan nman hindi gaanu.

    Sa BigW Woden mas mura. I dont think kung mayrun na A/C and heater. Ang alam ko may Fan lang ang heater pero walang A/C kapag portable.

    Ang kaso wala pa result. Nagreply ang ACT sa inquiry ko kung anong date na ng applicants pino-process nila ngayon, ang reply may 6 applications pa daw sa queue before my application kaya unlikely daw na lumabas ang result ko by end of Aug.

    Nagllodge na ko ng application ko online for state sponsorship. Question po sa Declaration of Financial Capacity... kailngan ba same ang ilalagay ko ng total amount dun sa "Total Financial Asset Available for Migration" na part sa online application form? Kasi sa Declaration of Financial Capacity, may nilagay ako na assets na hindi cash... may maliit na company kasi ung family namin na saakin nakapangalan, sinama ko sa Declaration yung net worth nung company including the machines, etc. Hindi ko alam kung dapat ko siya isama sa computation for the "Total Financial Asset Available for Migration" sa online form. nagwoworry lang ako na baka maquestion ako kapag magkaiba ung nilagay ko dun sa online form at sa inupload ko na Declaration.

    Help! Thanks.

    Hi @quelly, we share the same occupation code. :) good luck sa application :) we are considering SA kc wlang fee yung state sponsorship. plus, mas mura sa adelaide compared sa canberra. Mejo province like nga lang daw talaga sa adelaide. :)

    Ngayong may new sets of occupation lists na for state nomination, ACT and SA na lang ang pwede s 223311. I have yet to take IELTS but as early as now, I'm reading everything that I can about my options. Sobrang dami ko na pong na backread pero ang hirap p rin magdecide ;( siguro primary concerns na lang are

    1. practicality in terms of state application
    2. cost of living
    3. job opportunities.

    Please share your expert advice
