Ang iniisip ko kse, sample meron akong original na transcript.. tapos yun ung i-scan ko tapos ang ipadala ko na lang eh photocopy nung transcript ko so no need na ipa-certify.

Based dun sa nabasa kong sa kabilang thread, ang ibig sabihin pala is yung colored yung Notary Public na doc tpos ang ipasa mo eh photocopy na nung doc na yon. ) misleading kse yung instruction. Parehas kme ng intindi ni @Bryann.

@katlin924 Actually, ganito ang ginawa ko kasi I started preparing my docs na. Yun sa school records, I went to the university I graduated from. Then nagrequest ako again for copy of Diploma and TOR. After ilan weeks nakuha ko na, I went out to have them photocopied by 3 copies each. Bumalik ako sa registrar, had those photocopies stamped "Certified True Copy of Original" then signature nun registrar, then with Dry Seal each page. Ayun ang certified true copy, since sila ang may authority dun sa document (school). So ang mangyayari, yun original colored copies nun documents, yun ang scan ko and submit to ACS and DIAC. Then yun photocopies with stamp na "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF ORIGINAL" and dry seal ng university ang ipapadala ko sa ACS as hard copies.

As for my employment records, since yun company ko wala sila ganun stamp and dry seal for that purpose, I requested for multiple original copies all with signature of HR manager. Then scan ko yun for online submission, tapos yun ipapadala ko sa ACS ipapa-notarize ko din.

Dun sa sinasabi mo Katlin924, if i-photocopy mo yun original mo, hindi nya meet yun requirement ng ACS na certified true copy unless meron school stamp, dry seal, and authorized signature yun copies mo. I guess pwede din notarize pero hindi ako sure dun. Medyo naguluhan din ako sa una, pero thanks sa mga posters here and sa Phil.com.au, medyo naliwanagan na ako.

Nag-inquire nga pala ako the other day sa isang law firm sa Ortigas, Php100 per document ang pag-notarize. Mas mura yata sa city hall around Php50 lang per document.

Naku, applicable lang ata yan pag sa DIAC. pag sa ACS, kung ano ata yung ni-attach mo dun sa online, yun din ang ipapadala mo sa kanila.

anu po ung point 8) 2 project reports if applying for Recognition of Prior Learning ? kailangan ba eto kahit hindi ka dadaan ng RPL? RPL is for those who have different Educ Qualification against the nominated Occupation di ba?(e.g. nominated IT programmer pero graduate ng accountancy)

NO PROBLEMO. I SCAN MO THEN COPY PASTE MO SA MS WORD I EDIT MO MAXIMIZE MO ANG SIZE IN A4 NO MARGIN STRETCH MO LEFT AND RIGHT UP AND DOWN ANG IMAGE IN MS WORD THEN PRINT IN PDF THEN PRINT SA A4 THEN SAVE. GETZ MO. A4 SIZE NA AYUS BA.

Meron din po ako idea, pwede po pumunta sa pinakamalapit na Copylandia and the likes, pa-photocopy mo to an A4 sized paper. Pwede naman nila enlarge yan to fit the paper size.

Oo ata kailangan naka-A4 sized ung paper. Ako ganon ginawa ko sa diploma at sa birth certificate. Nag-color scan ako tapos nag-color print din ako, tapos yun ang pina-notary ko.

Ganyan gnawa ko for ACS.. PERO.. hahaha.. (ang laki no? di ko kse sure..) ganon din ang gagawin ko for DIAC. i-print ko sya ulit tapos papa-notaryo ko ulit. Since 3months pa naman bago lumabas yung ACS result.

TIP: Meron sa may AMBERLAND Bldg sa may emerald ave, katabi ng daing AUB bank, katapat ng tektite.. dun sa parang canteen nila, meron Notary Public don, pag single daw Php50, pag maramihan, Php30 lang. Mas mura compared sa mga 100 pesos.

@LokiJR I've browsed through the guidelines of VetAssess, and saw the following formatting..

* CV should be no longer than 4 pages
* Use plain text only—no italics, bolding or underlining.
* Choose a common font, such as Arial, Tahoma, Verdana, Garamond or Times New Roman.
* The size should be 10–14 points.
* Don't add graphics, fancy borders, decorative lines, or shading.

Sirs inaayos ko na po kasi yung documents for visa lodging...tanong ko lang po kung ano mga documents kailangan para hindi na madelay yung processing (baka kasi may nakaligtaan ako o maling pagkaintindi)
1. Birth Certificate
2. College Diploma

5. Skills Assessment Result
6. IELTS Exam Results
7. NBI Clearance

it depend on what visa are you going to apply (kung certified true copy or original ang kailangan ng immigration) at dipende din sa visa mo about sa medical. yung Number 10A to 10C para ito sa 457 skilled sponsor visa.

Para sa mga magsa-submit ng Documents applying visa especially sa skilled. baka may kulang pa dito paki dagdag na lang. Optional yun iba pero mabuti na rin na mayrun kayo nito para kung sakali PR visa in the future ang aaplyan nyo eh renew na lang ng documents authenticated ng DFA ang kailangan. Sabi nga ng Immigration "The more documents you submit the better"

The following documents are;

01. Philippines Passport
02. Assessment of your Philippines College degree/Career in Australia (Paki correct na lang ako)
03. College School Records (CHED and DFA Aunthenticated)
04. Training School Records (TESDA and DFA Aunthenticated) kung mayrun lang kayo na ganito for example mga software na enroll nyo sa mga training school)
05. High School Records (DECS and DFA Authenticated)
06. Elementary School Records (DECS and DFA Authenticated)
07. IELTS (di na kailangan ipa DFA Authenticated)
08. English Medium of Instruction (Request to Elem, High school and college, DFA Authenticated)
09. Birth & Baptism Certificate (DFA Authenticated)
10A. Current CV or Resume attach with Certificate of Employment from first and Current Company (Certified by the legal attorney of Your City hall and DFA Authenticated) Sa Manila City hall ako nag pa Authenticated ng CV ko (CV ko lang attach with Employment certificate sa loob ng building im not sure kung 4th floor yun. tanung na lang kayo sa empleyado dun. ingat sa fixer.
10B. Australian Firm Contract (Request a copy Signed by employee and employer)
10C. Current job Payslip at least 3 years (di na kailangan ipa DFA Authenticated pero try nyo pa rin)
11. SSS and Pagibig Records (Try nyo ipa DFA Authentication pero pag hindi Okay lang. Basta isama nyo ito sa documents nyo pero optional pa rin kung gusto nyo lang)
12. Tax Certificate or income tax return from first and Current Company (Try nyo ipa DFA Authentication pero pag hindi Okay lang. Basta isama ito sa documents nyo Importante ito para malaman kung nagbabayad kayo ng TAX)
13. Police Clearance (DFA Authenticated)
14. NBI clearance (DFA Authenticated)


Hint; kung magsa-submit kayo ng documents ng certified true copy. maglagay kayo ng cover letter nakalagay dun ang table of content katulad ng nilagay ko number ilagay kung ilang pages in each document para maayus. at madaling makita ng CO. In each documents i stapler nyo or paper clip. then pagsamahin nyo sunud sunod lahat at lagyan ng double clip yung maliit lang. Para maayus at madaling hanapin ng CO. then puede na i courier. Important din na yun company references and other requirements ay colored, ako for example ni-request ko talaga sa mga previous employers ko pa-print ng references and CoE sa colored letterhead, kasi yun iba minsan print na lang sa laser printer so usually black and white, mukha kasi sya photocopy kapag scan na. Mahirap un.

Yung medical, hinihingi yun ng Case Officer so puwedeng hindi niyo muna gawin yung #8

hello all! i asked the same question on a different thread ksi andon sina tootzkie and jaero who recently got their visas approved. according to @tootzkie, d na kailangan ipa red ribbon ang documents ksi pang middle-east requirement lng daw yan... ang ginawa nya, pag colored ay pina-scan lng nya... tapos pag black/white, pina notarize nya... you can find the info sa link below:
