PR visa got as dependent child

is anyone here has an idea? What if you went here in australia as PR visa holder came from family sponsored as dependent child since until 25y/o ang eligible pwede iapply here in aussie.

Question: after 1 year as PR visa allowed nb mg sponsor ng fiancee visa or any sponsorship?
