"cenomar neef to be sumitted in Au immigration?"

hello po i just want to ask lang po bec. i was very confused. i applied spouse visa subclass 309 the immigration ask me to get my cenomar. im already married in autralia but in my cenomar its say im single..do i need to register for married here in phil.?or the one that immigration mean my cenomar for my singlehoon.?
