Has anyone here applied for VCE?

As the title says... I'm considering it instead... mag fall under assessment lvl1 ba pag nag VCE ako since it's year 11-12 education..? anyone applied for it here any tips? Also, having assessment lvl1 is there still a 50/50 chance of getting a visa or will the chance at least go up a bit? I plan to just take VCE and then take VET afterwards, I really wanna study in Australia... pero mean ang embassy pag assessment lvl3 ka lang.
