Question for Skilled Migrants in AU

Hi everyone!
Tanong ko lang sa mga skilled migrants na nasa Australia kung ano ang mga experiences nyo sa paghahanap ng work dyan, lalo na sa mga nasa IT industry.
Hinahanap ba nung employers yung skills nomination, at nakapagwork agad kayo sa nominated skill na yun? Or may iba na nagwork muna kahit di related sa skill nominated nila just to get started? May narinig kasi ko sa friend ng friend ko na IT professionals sila pero sa hotel muna nagwork nung una.
And any tips for job hunting?

I just don't know if this will work for u risa_c but this was how i did it while asa pinas pa ako: i tried applying for jobs sa seek.com.au, i never even had a visa then. I think the chances for u will be greater since may valid visa ka na. There is no harm in trying. At least if they call u for an interview, u can come anytime. U can also schedule ur interviews one week in a row if u have lots of prospect employers.
