Hello @kymme 410 per week for the whole unit po. You have to apply for your own electricity, wifi, water etc. We will be moving out before 22 August 2016. so if ever you are interested, you have to apply via barry plant to process the paperworks then if the owner approves your profile then you can have it for 6 months to 12 months depending on your application.

    2 OPTIONS FOR THE LEASE:

    1. Our lease will be ended by September 30, 2016, so there is 1 month left, since my initial contract is 12-month lease and I am on my 11th month.

The interested parties can take over the remaining 1 month to complete the 12-month initial lease then she/he can do monthly extension and in the event that they decided to end the lease you have to give the agent 1-month notice.

    2. Or, The interested parties can sign up for the 6 months or 1 year upfront depending on their lease preference.

All applications will be processed by the agent and also needs the approval of the owner before signing the lease transfer agreement.
