1. Our lease will be ended by September 30, 2016, so there is 1 month left, since my initial contract is 12-month lease and I am on my 11th month.
The interested parties can take over the remaining 1 month to complete the 12-month initial lease then she/he can do monthly extension and in the event that they decided to end the lease you have to give the agent 1-month notice.
2. Or, The interested parties can sign up for the 6 months or 1 year upfront depending on their lease preference.
All applications will be processed by the agent and also needs the approval of the owner before signing the lease transfer agreement.
