PLS HELP. Email received for further information required but not reflected on immi account

I have applied for Visitor Visa Subclass 600-Business Stream. I am from the Philippines and is currently in the Philippines

Recently, I have received a letter via email from AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER IN TIMOR LESTE (WEIRD) asking me for further information to support my application.

I just want to inquire on how I can attach the additional information required on my immi account.

I understand that there should reflect a tab on my immi account that says "INFORMATION PROVIDED" to where I can confirm that I have provided the requested information.

Apparently, that option is not reflected on my online immi account as it only says that the status of my application has been received and will STILL be assessed.
